Very adécuate for the Door

Love it

The quality of this lock is very poor. We were actually surprised that Wayfair carried a product that is that disappointing. Locks get a lot of use and need to be well made. We are returning it.

Hard to install directions were not easy to decipher.

Great product for homes with a teenager

My daughters were constantly misplacing or leaving their house key, with this system we don't have to worry about keeping up with a key or changing locks due to a lost key. Product works perfectly and I've recommended it to several friends.

still going strong!

I purchased my first one 8 years ago and it is still going strong. Every once in a while the keypad is finicky and will double press a number. But for the price cant beat it. I use these on my rentals. .. perfect quick access

Nice electronic lock, good value

Simple to install and use. Does the job. Costs way less than other similar electronic locks. I bought 3 of these about 4 years ago. They all worked fine until recently when one died. So I bought another to replace it and it's working fine.

Door Lock

it doesn't work and the manufacturer will not stand behind the product. If I didn't already have one and now need to replace it I WOULDN"T!!!!

Poor quality

Installation was easy and straight forward. Worked for about a month then it would not accept the code. I would have to remove the cover and reset the code to get it to work again. This happened three times until I finally removed it. Waste of money and time.

Love it!

I havev had this lock for alittle over 2 years now and I love it the only issue I had was my deadbolt area wasn't fully aligned so we have to pull the door close to you while entering the code and hitting the unlock button and we've gotten use to it now so its no thing now... I definitely recommend and have recommended and thinking of getting one for my parents home...

Good customer support from the manufacturer and The Home Depot

The bolts that go through the door to hold the two halves together seemed crossthreaded to the threaded holes (molded into the exterior face plate) that they needed to screw into. I called the toll free number for the manufacturer's customer support and the phone was answered by live, helpful person. 3 business days later, I had the replacement parts I needed--no charge, not even shipping. Still had some problems with the install, but I went to my local store and with the help of two employees there I got those questions answered and returned home to complete the job easily. I really love the ease of locking and unlocking the door. I believe the 10 individual numbers makes this lock superior to those that use one button for 1& 2, etc. and thus have only 5 buttons, which makes the button combination for a code of 1234 the same as for 1144. More buttons more security. Had it not been for the manufacturing flaw in the treading of the faceplate, I'd be giving this lock a 5 on quality, ease of installation and overall. It was a troublesone installation with the quality issue, but I really like this lock.

Awesome lock for the money

We bought this lock to replace a deadbolt lock. Seeing we could not remember the keys. If we want someone else to have access to our home we just give them the code.The lock is very well made and easy to install.
