HELLO, THE FAUCET I PURCHASED IS BEAUTIFUL... HOWEVER AFTER INSTALLING THERE WAS HARDLY ANY PRESSURE..THE FLOW OF WATER IS VERY LOW...TAKES ME MORE TIME TO DO MY DISHES...THIS FAUCET IS DAMAGED AND I NEED TO REPLACE IT!....MOST SINCERELY....RC IN NYC

Look carefully for the clip if it is loose.

Easy to install, but the directions could be printed in a larger font. Also, the one clip was simply included in the delivery box with no packaging. Could be easy to lose as a result.

Nice Looking but Poorly Done Aerator

I purchased this on Amazon. Install went well. Hand held sprayer leaked every time the water was turned on. Design House replaced that part and the new one works okay. The aerator on this faucet sux though! The water does not come down neatly like on most kitchen faucets. It kind of goes everywhere and splashes. Now I'm trying to find a better aerator!

Sprayer hose to short.

We bought this and had it installed by a plumber. The sprayer hose is too short. It’s mounted at the corner of one of the sinks and doesn’t even reach the middle off the other kitchen sink. I searched Madison Kitchen sprayer hoses to see if I could get a longer on as it seems to have a special connection that is not standard but I can’t find what I’m looking for.

It's everything I wanted in a kitchen faucet. Stylish, no base plate, with an elegant design.

I have had it about two weeks and I love it.

Product doesn't appear to be very sturdy. Compared to Delta, doesn't look as durable.

This arrangement replaced a 20-year-old faucet assembly that had not been manufactured in over ten years and replacement parts were nonexistent. The new Madison assembly is better than the one we replaced (even when new) and am very pleased with its easy of use;.

Low quality, sprayer leaks. Fittings come loose.

Avoid this product. It's on the lower end, cost wise. Finish looks good. Quality is not there. Sprayer leaks, does not always seal and will drip. Install was easy. I should have spent a little more and gotten a better product.

Looks great. Works great. A little “light weight”…not as heavy duty and sturdy as my previous faucet so I hoping it’s lasts a long time.

Attractive Design Tough install.

Fittings were tough to install between the wall and deep sink. Would have liked to see longer tubes to allow for making hose attachments. Recommend connecting the ends of the flex hoses to the tubes before putting the tubes through the sink mounting holes.

I had to order 4 different Kitchen faucets online and this was the last one, because not sure why such three or four hole deck mounts were not available inside the store to chose from. This was after measuring as much as we could from our previous failing faucet what the Arc and Spout height or width or spread measurement would look like or thickness of stone where it should sit, but just because the plumber can't buy online paying for one or two high cost faucets (rather than having this been available to pick up in store). So after receiving the faucets which they didn't come all at once but in three different shipment and time frame, and plumber came here, comparing all received, we ended up installing this one as the others could not sit on the Deck due to thickness of the counter top stone. The explanation on the website was not enough to really judge which one could go right, and not unless the old faucet was uninstalled. I was not about to order this because we didn't have a soap hole so the soap dispenser is never going to be used, but glad that ordered it as it was the only one fitting to our requirement. The Arch is a bit higher than our old one (since our sink is close to a window we have to open window so rather wanted a bit shorter) but at least washing pots and pans becomes easier. I like the color and sprayer as it seemed better than other faucets sprayers (one had even a plastic handle! This one is metal). My main negatives would be the hose under the sprayer seems a bit stiff noticing when handling sprayer, and shorter than our original one which was a Kohler so our plumber had very hard time fastening the part to its Sprout as they provided just a clipper (not a screw type which would have been easier to install). On the positive it had more metal fixtures and fasteners rather than so much plastic. Can't tell about how durable any parts would be. But when called Kohler for our previous faucet which was discontinued a comparable upgraded faucet was almost around $600 with back order for more than 120 days, so we couldn't go without a kitchen faucet for this long. I'm sort of disappointed with the Kohler as they should have done much more about their warranty, the previous faucet we noticed gradually a little hole was created back of faucet meaning the Spout was corroding and corrosion to us was coming from inside and out and handle also gradually failing together with sprayer getting worse, so the whole thing should have been replaced but they only had handle as part to send! Which was not going to do any good for us when there is a small hole corrosion on Spout and where the water has to come out! And they were giving just a small discount to get a newer model faucet with unknown back up shipping date that God knows it would be cancelled on us or not.

Flow rate is only 1.8, am not happy with that, to low, but the max the government allows 2.2 gallons a minute.

Easy install, works good except for the water pressure. Not as strong as the one I had to replace. Could be EPA made them cut down on the water pressure. One of the copper inlet lines is crimped, why I don't know, with a note attached to leave it alone.
