Sprayer broke after 15 months

Huge disappointment. The sprayer was really good, nice pressure ...and then the trigger snapped off because the cheap plastic inside broke. I have no idea what to do now.

Installation was not easy (DIY). Had to buy new tool and water lines to complete the job. Instructions could of been clearer.

Sprayer leaks a lot but they are replacing so hopefully new one doesn't leak.

Side sprayer nozzle leaks

After every use of the side sprayer, it drips and leaks for several minutes requiring constant cleanup. I call Design House and they graciously sent me out a new sprayer but it is no better than the original. If you don't enjoy spending your time removing all the stuff under your kitchen sink and crawling under it to work on the faucet, I would recommend not purchasing this faucet.

We installed this because our other faucet of 18 years was leaking , this faucet was installed and within the first use it started dripping from the faucet and the sprayer -we put a cup under the faucet to see if it was just a drip here and there and behold it was not, we are returning this faucet and going with a Moen which we should of in the first place ,it arrived and even the difference in the weight of the new faucet is so much different from this one . I would not recommend

I had it installed by a professional plumber. It looks and works great. I really wanted a Kohler since our other fixtures are that brand, due to the pre-existing fixture I had to go with this one. I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and functionality! Overall great purchase.

Looked at many faucets and this one caught my eye immediately. It looks great in my kitchen. Very well made. Would recommend.

This is a great product, especially for the price! It looks much more expensive than it is. Paired it with my sinkology copper sink and everyone comments on how pretty it looks.

Would have given an excellent but the information on how to insert the clip to lock the sprayer hose to the faucet was not specific enough.

Really heavy duty, beautiful faucet set. Great price, and the bronze color is lovely, bought it even though we don't have the 4th hole in our granite countertops for the soap dispenser.

Garbage

After two months of owning it I know now that it is the worst Kitchen Faucet I have ever owned! . . I was looking for price and now I realize again that you only get what you pay for. . . I am in process of removing it and replacing it with an American made name brand product

More black than bronze

Easy to install. Disappointed because my husband and I installed all bronze hardware in the kitchen, and after spending the $ on a bronze kitchen faucet- you expect to be bronze- this is extremely dark and looks black.

Just what I needed

When we had our new kitchen installed, we had a four-part faucet put in and four holes put in the Cambria. Four-part faucets are now hard to find and the attached set does not fit. This was perfect!

Beautiful Faucet Set

Product arrived quickly. Plumber installed quickly and apparently had no prob\ems. Faucet set works great, looks terrific with our granite, and we love the high spout on the faucet.

Nice Faucet Set

It was easy to assemble. The only issue I have though it is not big is the pressure of the water that came out of the last faucet was stronger - nothing was changed but this one doesn't seem to have the pressure of the past. It is really a nice looking faucet with all of its pieces.

Sorry I purchased this one

Yes, easy to install, looks ok - but the water sprayer drips/leaks, and the faucet is too narrow - both cause water to constantly splash behind the sink. Also, the water from the faucet sprays out sideways. The whole gettup looks cheap - my husband thought it looked like plastic. Planning to return, we are going to actually LOOK at the next faucet before we buy (this was an online purchase).
