No bracket. Seriously?

At twice the price of many of the other recessed toilet paper holders, I would think a mounting bracket would be included. I don't mind paying the $7 additional for the bracket (I guess I can admire my now $40 TP holder when I'm taking care of business), but it's annoying to have to order it separately and wait for it to arrive in order to finish this project. One more thing-- the bar that holds the roll is plastic and is not the same finish as depicted in the photo. This must be TPflation.

It looks nice and matches the nickel finish of the other hardware in my bathroom. Quality is acceptable, except for the cheap, dark gray roller. I tossed it and kept the chrome roller from the old holder.

not as sturdy as the old gold one I had. But it looks nice. we shall see how long it will last. It does not come with the hardware to mount it, that must be purchased separately. good thing I am handy and could make it work without spending more money for it. I guess I had overlooked the omission of the mounting hardware on the website.

The one I bought 5 years ago had a nice metal roll holder. Recently I bought 2 from Home Depot and both came with an ugly gray roller. I bought the 2nd one because I thought the 1st one was a mistake. I took both back. I bought an older Franklin open box buy and the satin nickle roller had changed to plastic but was not gray yet. The metal seems thinner now, it doesn't come with a sheet rock bracket, has an ugly gray roller now and cost $30. The one star was a gift.

this item is listed as brushed nickel but is actually chrome it does not come with mounting plate, just long screws. also it just their old TP holder with longer paper roll holders which still let mega rolls drag on the bottom. I am returning this.

I needed a Toilet paper holder that was compact and could be recessed into the vanity cabinet. With tighter spacing between the toilet, vanity and shower door I couldn't fit a surface mounted holder and still be comfortable while seated. This product fit great and looks good.

Ad showed brushed nickel with a brushed nickel rod but came as chrome with a brown plastic rod. I had to return, but Home Depot makes that simple.

Top Quality!

Pleased with this TP holder. After reading reviews for other products mentioning flimsy or not holding jumbo rolls, I can say that this holder is made well and easily fits the jumbos! I ordered the brushed nickel and it looks great! You won't be disappointed. Oh, it comes only with 2 screws for attachment to blocking in the wall (2×4 laid flat). If you want a bracket instead, order that separately.

Looks great and is nicely out of the way.

The One Bad Thing:

I want to return it online and yet you will not allow and I can find no reason why. Do not want to make a large hole in the wall for this recessed toilet paper holder. Did not realize it was recessed. My error.

This was the only brushed nickel recessed toilet paper holder I could find anywhere and I am pleased with its quality and style.
