Stated that it was a smart lock but the “smart module” is NOT included. The entire description calls out the ability to integrate with smart home systems but you can’t do that without buying an additional ZW3 smart module.

Love this.. no more losing keys

This product does not come with the module that allows it to connect to your network and become a “smart” device. The description of this product is dead wrong. It is useless if you want a smart lock. Great as a keypad lock, though.

Simple install and easy setup. Attractive and minimal appearance. Quick and quiet actuator. Overall very nice unit. The deadbolt seems robust in construction and has quite a bit of metal behind the keypad.

Great product, well designed, easy installation. Only issue i had is my door is older and the deadbolt lock hole is much smaller, so i had to drill that out, which is fine.

Love this door set. I was able to install it myself in a few hours.

After locking myself out of my new house, multiple times, these are a lifesaver!

Overall great handleset. It looks very nice, is sturdy, and is easy to set and use. It did stop working at one point. Changing the battery didn't work so I contacted the company and they walked through resetting it. We haven't had any problems since.
