After painting all my dark doors white, and adding these door handles, they made the doors look brand new and modern. The size of the door handle is not over powering in terms of making the handles stand out. I think they provide a nice and subtle look to the doors.

The door handle screw holes aren’t drilled to fit the screws. I had to adjust the holes for the screws to fit. Also the location of the screws to find was not clear in the I I strictuons.

Delivered same day and looks great. I’m a novice and needed the instructions which I had to find via QR code a little cryptic in places, like using the Allen wrench to,attach the back side handle.

Quality has downgraded in comparison to the exact same model that I have. This one was made with cheap silver metal guts and not as solid as the other.

We installed this style (Halifax) of Kwikset door handle throughout our new construction home. We love the look! They pop against our white doors! We did not personally install them, but we did not hear of any troubles. They work great and seem extremely sturdy and well made! They are the perfect touch we wanted to add to our home details and at a decent price!

Purchased this handle along with the matching deadbolt and after two months of use, the handle locking mechanism completely froze up on both sides and would not budge nor accept the key. Had to dissasemble the entire handle and remove to get through the door. I took it to the store for a refund and ordered a replacement of the same style. Since the style is exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price, I am truly hoping the next one holds up over time.

This door latch by Kwikset is very well made, sturdy and made of a very heavy metal. This is the fourth one I have installed in my house and I will be replacing all of my doors with this particular latch. The square design is very contemporary and it is easier to open doors with a latch than with a doorknob, when your hands are full. I have dark wood doors in my house and the satin nickel really pops. A bit more expensive but when it comes to household Hardware, like a door knob or latch, you get what you pay for!
