This fan looks and works great but with it's 80 rpm high speed it doesn't move enough air for it's size.

14 Degree Airfoil Angle

Positives: 14 Degree Airfoil angle provides adequate circulation of air in my 30'x30' workshop, 12-15 is the recommended angle. Adequate quality given it is made in China. Instructions pretty clear, no parts missing. Fan will be operated at highest rotational speed of "6". Very quiet operation as well. Minimal wobble based on a bubble-level during operation. Only one blade deviates from distance more than 1/8" when compared to the other five blades during rotation check. Would have given 5 stars if remote had more features etc.

Received two defective units

I got a replacement for the original and they both have the same problem. When starting from a stop, it goes forward, then reverse repeatedly. The second one doesn’t do it as bad. The second also doesn’t have an annoying sound when it runs. I really don’t want to disassemble it and assemble yet another fan so I’m going to see if this one lasts. Once running it’s great, but I’ve now gotten two fans with a seemingly major defect. Not a good look for a $600+ fan.

Misleading pricing

You have to add this item to your cart just to see the alleged reduced price. The fan is 100’s of dollars and you have to go through extra steps just to find out it’s only marked down $40. Hard pass for me. I buy from a manufacturer that’s upfront with pricing.

Liked the price, great motor and remote sytem. However the blade arms and mounting system is way under sized for the weight load. Two blade arms have broken off since the install 90 days ago.

Incredible Quality - the blades are Aluminum. Lifetime Warranty on the motor. Whisper Quiet due to the DC motor. It moves large volume of total air. Not directly on you - around you. I put up 3 of them on my back patio. Everyone who sees them are awe struck on how nice they are.

Good quality large fan. I needed a fan to replace...

Good quality large fan. I needed a fan to replace a 56" fan in my shop and decided that since I had pretty high ceilings (14') this 96" fan might be a better choice than the original I had. Because of the DC motor this much larger fan actually draws about half the amperage as my original AC fan. It was delivered in perfect condition and delivery was very fast. There were no problems with assembly but because of the high ceiling I preferred a longer downrod than the shorter 10" downrod that was supplied with the fan. Final assembly was a breeze. The fan blades and blade mounts are very nicely engineered and made of aluminum. The blade fit was very precise and they located perfectly with little effort. The remote paired easily with the fan and aside from the electrical connections for the motor there is no other wiring needed. Everything (on/off, speeds, reverse) is handled by the remote which I really like. The only thing I hate is the lettering (that a certain country seems to always use) on the remote. The remote control's function is totally fine but that lettering just screams chintzy.Fan performance is good. At mid to high speed the air moves sufficiently to cool the room. The moving air is not a hurricane, however, all of the air in the room is moving, not just the air directly under the fan.I had considered another manufacturer's big fan, but it required a very specific mounting arrangement and the cost was 6 times what this one cost. I'm very happy with this fan.
