Great, not so great

Added this range hood in a kitchen remodel. The product itself is great except we did not receive the shelf with our delivery. The problem should be an easy fix except Home Depot has no product customer service. You must deal directly with Forno. Forno only accepts email communications. This has become a slight issue because I’ve received no response. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt.

Gorgeous addition to our kitchen

The hood fits perfectly into the theme of our 100 year old farm house. The option to add the stainless steel moulding was the perfect touch. We only have 7' ceilings so had to purchase the short ceiling kit in addition to the hood. We went with the recirculating option and while it does a good job we mY end up doing a direct vent as we can still set off the smoke detector! It's not a quiet fan by any means but it is great quality for a very reasonable price.

It wasn't easy to find stocks of this hood. I ordered from this shop because I was able to speak to a live representative who assisted me in checking the availability of this hood and other appliances I need for my new home. Outstanding service and great quality products!
