No instructions for removing the key cylinder
The only thing bad I could say is: Due to the fact that I had keyed lever handles. 2 of the 6 required flipping so that the key cylinder would be on the correct side. There were no instructions for removing the cylinder. I found out that the key had to be in a certain position in order to remove the handle. Then you could remove and swap the key cylinder with te thumb control.
I would not hesitate buying again
This was an easy install and the original which was identical had lasted for 15 years. Swapping the lock inside was also easy so my original house key now works in the new Keyed Entry Door Lever Set.
