[Rewarded Review] Not good enough
I was expectinga better quality of cleaning, specially, with rhat prize tag comparing to my old different brand 1
Great Buy
We got our Dustin on sale and have been very happy with his performance. With three floors and various surfaces (carpet, tile, hardwood), Dustin's vacuuming and mopping abilities are tested regularly. I wouldn't buy one for mopping only, but combined with vacuuming, we've been pleased. I never thought to look into the prices for replacement bags, filters, brushes, etc., prior to the purchase, and they seem to be a bit expensive and only available through Bobsweep. However, I expect with my weekly maintenance, the replacements will only be needed occasionally. Overall, very good, quality product that we expect will last a long time.
[Rewarded Review] Suction is not good
Suction is not good. Doesn't clean properly. Oveall not satisfied with product
[Rewarded Review] yes and no it depends
please don't be so excited getting this device, it works good, but I have and open space living room, kitchen and bedrooms, I have to put staff to block it just in the living room to clean the area I want, otherwise it is lost somewher and going back and forth without cleaning well, and becarfull leting the battery die because it is a strugle to get it back to charge again, had to contact costumer service, you have to take off the battery and put it back to get it to charge again, patience is your key here.
Operation is smooth and silent
As a busy homeowner, I've found the Bobsweep robot vacuum to be a reliable cleaning companion. Its strong suction power effectively tackles dirt, dust, and pet hair, leaving my floors spotless, The app control is user-friendly, enabling me to schedule cleaning times and monitor its progress. Overall, the Bobsweep robot vacuum is a solid choice for those seeking a hassle-free cleaning solution.
[Rewarded Review] Not my favorite
It really does not pick up well at all on carpet--especially thick carpet when running it on high.
No working properly
Having trouble with this
[Rewarded Review] Former Roomba owner now a bObsweep convert
I am a two time Roomba owner having purchased my last Roomba several years ago before self emptying and mapping options were anywhere near an affordable price. I was becoming tired of having a Roomba that blindly bumped its way around the house getting stuck several times per session and thought I would give Dustin a try. Wow! This has been an extremely pleasant experience. Set up was simple, Dustin was renamed, and Hairold set about mapping the house. I set up a few exclusion zones where Hairold could avoid the extension cords under the couch and to stay clear of the dog food bowls. Hairold expertly navigates all other obstacles on his own, expertly navigating in and around dining room chair legs and coffee table legs. I was only able to use Roomba in one half of the house because the other half was full of obstacles where Roomba would constantly get stuck. Oh, and I have the vacuuming set to high and Hairold is still quieter than Roomba. Not only is Hairold's motor/vacuum quieter, you don't hear the sound of consistent bumping into walls and furniture like I did with Roomba. I should point out that although Hairold is quieter during operation, the self-emptying process is a bit loud, but only for about 3 seconds. The only issue I had was that although Hairold has enough battery power to clean the entire first floor in one session, he picks up so much dog hair that the chamber gets clogged and won't self empty. This was easily solved by scheduling Hairold to clean two rooms then return to self-empty, clean the next two rooms then return to self empty, and finally to clean the last room before returning to self empty, charge and rest until tomorrow. Hairold has been running 5 days a week for the past 8 weeks without any problems. I haven't tried out the mopping function yet, but am very happy with vacuuming capabilities.
[Rewarded Review] Life changer
Dustin has been a life changer. It gets under the beds and cleans the carpets every good. The app is super simple to use and the schedule feature is great. I haven't used the mop feature.
A real help. This is the updated Dustin.
I gave it a 4 because the side brush won't stay on & replacement cost is outrageous so consider that before you buy. Can only get bags, brushes from bobsweep. The robot is great & does learn & adjust its map while sweeping. Not all the headaches I had with 1 of the 1st ones made. Would buy again. It's 11/27/24 & the listed price is no sale. You can find it several $100 cheaper.
The app don’t work so I can really used the machine
First time owning one of these and have been happy with the purchase. Fun to watch too. Not sure i trust the tech though. Battery life is about 2 hrs so it doesnt complete the whole house in one trip.
[Rewarded Review] Good product but....
Very good product, works as its supposed to. The vac has a little brush that falls off after the first week but the vacuum still gets the job done. It has a schedule option, its very smart with guiding itself, i have had some errors where i had to pick it up and pull out hair or fix the wheel or something got stuck but for the most part its smooth sailing. My mother in law bought one as well and she loves it. Works well on hard floors and carpet honestly. Its mop is amazing. I put watermelon fabuloso in it with water and it makes the floor look great. Pretty good but 4 stars because the piece fell off continuously within a week.
Great product
We had a robot before but it was not effective at all. Dustin has a map and he's way more efficient. My kids like the control buy Alexa and to look the progress on the phone. Overall it's a great buy and we are quite happy with our purchase.
[Rewarded Review] A+++
Best decision I've made buying the bobsweep it's easy to set up and works amazingly well
[Rewarded Review] Best choice
This is one of the best choice I could have made. The robot has made my life so much easier
Never recommended
I had high hopes for this robot vacuum, but it has been nothing short of a frustrating experience. Despite thoroughly mapping our home, every time I started it for a cleaning session, it would only clean the first two areas near the charging station. After about 15 minutes, it would return to the station to recharge. Even after fully recharging, it wouldn’t automatically resume cleaning or mopping as expected.
Good
I’ve been using the bObsweep Dustin for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for my cleaning routine. The self-emptying feature is a lifesaver—I no longer have to worry about emptying the dustbin every other day. Maintenance is pretty straightforward too, which is a big plus.
Didn’t get to try this product. The seller send me a used product that was full of dog or car hair everywhere.
Love the app
Love the fact that everything can be done on the app!!
