Customer service was fantastic!
The original shark vacuum had a problem and didn’t empty correctly. I contacted customer service and they walked me thru steps and ultimately replaced it with a new unit. It works beautifully now. Their customer service was fantastic!
Purchased identical item, 2 years newer....
Purchased identical item, 2 years newer. This model is more rugged and louder. Does an excellent job cleaning as previous model which I moved to lower level for cleaning. Shark makes superb robotic vacuums, highly recommended.

Ordered twice: two fails. Don't waste your time.
Ordered not one but two of these refurbished vacuum robots. For the first, they sent a whole different unit (different brand, even!) than the one I ordered. The second matched the listing, but would not power on. Refurbished items are supposed to be tested for functionality before being shipped out. What a tremendous waste of time.
Great vacuum
We installed luxury vinyl plank flooring and with 3 cats we need to vacuum quite often. This robot vacuum isnt strong enough to deep clean carpets as it was not expected to but for hard floors it is great. Once it maps your floor plan it does a thorough job of cleaning. I would definitely recommend..
Product is faulty
The robot vacuum is not able to hold a change/ charge fully. I'm not sure if this is a problem with the vacuum or the base. I am quite unhappy.

Everything came with the product and everything was brand new. This robot vacuum is pretty impressive, especially considering the reasonable price.
