I’ve been enjoying the shower base for over two years now. I remodeled my master bath and stumbled Upon 72” x 36” Ove Decors ADENA shower base. I ordered it through Home Depot in Racine, Wisconsin. And I’m glad I did…easy Install, quality made, quality product, stays clean, sleek modern design love it!!!

"Anti Slip Surface" is potentially lethal slippery

I cannot imagine the surface of this pan meeting ANY sort of safety standard for slip/fall potential.

Shipping delay and poor communication

This item was ordered November 2nd with a delivery date of November 14th. The item didn’t arrive until November 27th after multiple phone calls to the store and several attempts to contact the shipper. This caused a work stop and paying the contractor for delay of work. Had the item not arrived on the 27th the contractor was moving on to another job on the 28th.

Great Product, awful packaging

Very important to check these when they arrive. They used way too little styrofoam and it was just that, a single layer cardboard box, and a plastic bag on the pan. The first one I received was damaged in shipping (no significant damage to the box in that spot, just happened to get hit in the ~30" space between styrofoam blocks) which delayed the job a few days. Could be worse, thankfully the replacement shipped quickly.

I would have prefered a shower base that has a moulded lip that goes up the wall along the edges of the wall to prevent leaking.

Don't make the same mistake

Purchased this item because of the hidden drain feature. Once installed, I realize the color is completely different. I contacted the company and was told it was a mistake. Second cover also did not match. When contacted the company again, I was finally told " it is normal that the shower base and cover drain might be a bit different". It is very different colors. A lot of money for a product that doesn’t look good due to mismatch colors. Don’t make the same mistake.

The shower pan was easy to install and looks really nice. I really like how the linear drain gives it a more contemporary look.

Be great if I could get walls to go with it

I can only give it a 4. We havent even opened it yet. Still waiting on contractors and plummers. It seemed to arrive in good shape. But again, we havent even opened it.

We bought the product and installed it the same day. The directions were very good and the outcome was fantastic. Would buy this again.
