The side mount bidet was about as easy as other bidet attachments to install, and it certainly looks attractive. It works fairly well, although it doesn't clean as quickly or thoroughly as another product we've used. My biggest complaint is that there is a big learning curve in getting the arm to move into the correct position for use and the returning to its stowing position.

Perfect except from Lowe's

Plastic bidet started leaking.Ordered this metal one. It came in a (re?)sealed box from another store, a week later than originally stated. Parts were missing. Cannibalized old unit. One trip to the plumbing supply store. Now have a happy butt.
