The actual lumen max output is 340 and not 540 as per seller description. Definitely another version of the same looking size lantern. However the product is genuine and quality.

Super modular and compact

I use this (connected to an EDC bag) everyday to walk to my vehicle at 4am in dark timber. It dangles via it's hook all day every day. The rubber protects it from bumps. I'm not easy on things and it's barely showing wear. I bought 2 extra Streamlight 18650 batteries and this gives plenty of light for one persons needs. The flashlight beam could be wider... It is awfully narrow, but it throws far for lower rated lumens than it's flashlight counterparts. Also the lantern is cool blue, so if your eyes are sensitive to that, know that a large manufacturer like Streamlight hasn't come around to natural white.

Bright for its size

This is a nice compact, feature packed lantern. It is plenty bright for its size.

Great Option

I bought this primarily for power outages, which we deal with more often than most. The 3 level brightness option is great, and the lantern is small enough so that one can have two or more lanterns if even more light is required. The fact it uses the very convenient rechargeable 18650 battery is another plus. Changing the battery out is straight forward and simple too. This lantern is a great option for our needs.

This is a fantastic compact lantern style light or flashlight. Great for regular use or emergency backup. Love the sealed quick release battery compartment. Wish it had separate switches for the flashlight but the mode memory will keep it in either lantern or flashlight mode. Has very nice brightness level separations and the runtimes are good. You can always burn all night in the lowest mode if you want too. Happy with the purchase.

A great little lantern to throw into your pack. Can be used as a area light. Or a flashlight. Only weighs a few ozs.

Great little lantern. Puts out a lot of light 💡 way more than would expect from its size. Also the built in hook is a great plus. One of these would light up a tent awesomely. I highly recommend this lantern, it’s light and can be stuck in your pack or hung from a molly strap on most packs nowadays.

Powerhouse rechargeable mini-lantern

When your power goes out at night what do you do? Candles? Sure, an old school option or you could invest in a couple of these Streamlight LED mini-lanterns. I've had some of the regular battery powered Streamlight lanterns as my go-to for emergency lighting for years but these new lights are excellent. With generous run time, various settings, a clever flashlight option and a rechargeable battery you can't go wrong. Definitely worth having a couple around the house for those power outages. Also great for camping.
