The Ortega 33" stainless steel double sink is so beautiful, we had the plumber install it as a Drop In instead of an Undermount.

First, the customer service is phenomenal! I was accidentally sent the wrong sink (right tag on the outside but different holes on the inside). While I was on the phone with customer service, she had her team go get it from the warehouse and check inside to make sure it was good to go. I got it delivered the very next day! Amazing service, y’all!

Very disappointed in the sink and the seller

I searched for a sink made with a16 gauge SS and was happy to find this. When it arrived there was defect in the stainless steel on the rim. I contacted cust. serv. and they assured me it would wash off. I tried to explain that I could feel the ripples but they assured me it was on the surface. It was not. I had it installed as an undermount to hide the flaw and during the install the plumber got a small amount of silicone in the sink. I washed it up immediately but it stained the sink. I've tried multiple cleaners including all the methods recommended by the manufacturer and the stains won't come out. I will have to replace the sink. This is too much money for a throw away item.
