the crock pot makes noise when the ingredients are cooking. Very annoying

I really enjoy using it. Small. Enough for a whole chicken. I have been using it quite often. Plan on buying a couple more for Christmas gifts. Thank you.

I purchased two of these less than a year ago. One for myself and one to replace the 30+yo one my mother had. While they work well and are a great size we had t stop using them. The non-stick coating in them is peeling off.

West bend slow cooker

I especially like the carrying case. Would have liked more info on the settings and knob. Definitely would recommend and I would buy again. Great product use all the time makes roast tender.

I like the updated version. I've had West Bend cookers in the past and always liked them. This one seems to be heavier duty.

Model 87905HT Clicks when cooking

We bought this to replace our old slow cooker. We might have used it three times. Every time it clicks when it is cooking. I have asked chat support and no one answers. I am wondering if this is normal or if slow cooker is going to catch on fire and burn down my house.

Fantastic item

Works great---I have used the griddle to make pancakes and flat breads and the slow cooker to make chili. So far it works great and is very easy to use.

Possible fire hazard!!

My dad ordered 3 of the crockpots for me, himself, and a friend. All three did not last 6 months. I really liked this crockpot up until 2 of the bases melted and caused a fire hazard. The other crockpot’s lining started bubbling and coming off. I do not have a picture but it looked as if the lining was boiling up. I would not recommend this product. If we didn’t catch these bases sooner, a fire could have started. Reference the pictures below.
