I would definitely buy this again.

I just came back from a cultural forum where I used this Adjustable Aluminum Easel to display a concert sign. It was extremely easy to use on a table and also very easy to maneuver to extend for floor length.

Perfect first easel

Picked this up for a plein air class I'm taking, and it has been a really wonderful introductory easel. Honestly, for the price, I wasn't expecting it to be as decent as it is. It is very easy to assemble/disassemble, and its light weight makes it a breeze to carry with the rest of my kit. I've used it as a tabletop easel without extending the legs, as a sitting easel by extending the legs only partially, and as a standing easel by extending the legs further. The little clip mechanisms that lock/unlock the legs make it really east to adjust one or two if you're on unlevel terrain and need to counterbalance.

I knew it would be OK, didn't know it would be great.

Having dealt with easels of this style and price point before; I was hoping for at least acceptable. At full height, it was sturdy enough for the large pad of Bristol paper I put on it. On a table top it was wonderful. It's easily portable, lightweight, and the price reflects a good value. It's good enough to use, but not so expensive that you would be devastated if something happened.

great starter/beginner easel

Love that it's adjustable. Not the most sturdy easel, it does shake when heavy pressure is applied, but that's what I expected from it. Really good if your space is small and you don't want a permanent fixture.

Gets the job done inexpensively

I use this easel to make 18" x 24" charcoal drawings. It is easy to assemble and adjust for height. It is stable enough for indoor use, and may work well for plein air work too, but I haven't used it for that. It is very light weight. I really like it, and the price was more than reasonable.

broke after a few months of use

It worked well for 5 or 6 months until one of the plastic clasps broke. Now it can only be used as a display easel. The low cost might make it still worthwhile if you are not concerned with it lasting a long time.

Even better than I expected in every way!

So functional and convenient! Did a lot of comparison shopping and this is by far the best deal on the internet. They are light but strong, easy to set up and adjust, a good range of height so you can use them comfortably both sitting and standing and a good range of space for your work surface also. And to top it all off it has all the helpful smaller features that I wanted but couldn't find in other similar products.

descent easel for med to lrg pads

Excellent for a teenager who loves to draw and sketch on a big pad.

i love this one. it does not have the description to put them together. however, it is pretty easy when u look at the pics on it's package. it is really light, firm. great one. sad that it was made in china

super lightweight easel

I love this easel for outdoor painting because it is so lightweight. I use an easel butler to hold my palette and clip my backpack to the back leg for stability. For me this is a very solid setup, despite the easel being a little flimsy. And since they are so inexpensive, I bought an extra in case the first one breaks. #sweepstakes

Versatile & affordable!

The legs are adjustable so you can even use it as a table easel, and the detachable tray is handy when attached it to the screws on the legs. Also like that it came with a carrying case.

Very nice and affordable

This was a low priced easel - the easel was even nicer than I imagined from the display on the website. Easy to work with - nice bronze color - can use standing or table top. Light weight so can transport easily.

I would buy again. Light and easy to use.
