The base is plastic

Why this wasn't mentioned in the product description is deceiving. How will the "chrome" plastic base age with wear? No product information to be found about that. Very disappointed this was not listed in the product description. Returning.

Defective finish

third time that I have purchased this faucet. All three times it came in with spots where the matte black finish was glossy.

Modern upgrade!

I bought this product about a month ago and it really added to my bathroom.

It looks nice, but the base is plastic and instructions don't cover sealing.

The faucet set arrived in a sealed box in good conditions. Kudos to Kohler for not using styrofoam or plastic packaging. Note that this faucet set comes complete with the click-stop metal tailpiece which appears of quality construction. The benefit is that there is no lift rod in back or intruding into the tailpiece. That's one less thing to snag hair and clog the trap.

Great faucet

The faucet is lovely and very ergonomic. Customer service was very good.

Very attractive

I bought 2 of these, one for each of the bathrooms in our new home. They look really nice and have already received compliments about how nice they look.
