Love this fixture

This is my fourth time to purchase this fixture--for use in three different places. Obviously, I really like it. But the reason I bought this fourth one is that the third one got clogged and water wouldn't come out. I saw no way to take the nozzle apart to clean out whatever was clogging it so I bought a replacement.

Disappointed - so far.

I purchased the Simplice at the end of November of '23 and installed it within a couple of weeks. Not even three months later, the handle is leaking, either due to a bad cartridge or gasket...or both. The faucet is beautiful and we are enjoying the multi-sprayer head, but disappointed that we're having to deal with issues so quickly. New cartridge is on the way, customer service was helpful and we're hoping this is just an anomaly. After we get the new part and wait a few months to see if it is working properly, I'll update this review.

Replaced an existing kohler 3hole kitchen faucet set

So far so good! Wish I had known that replacement parts are free from Kohler? I was replacing a 14yr old faucet 3 hole with the third hole the sprayer and it was just the water lever was leaking..but this will do and now have soap dispenser for that 3rd hole.

Good looking faucet

I’ve had the faucet for about a month and so far am very pleased with it. It looks good and functions well. I really like having rhe wide spray option. The only thing i am not quite used to is how light it feels. My old faucet was about 25 years old and was a lot more substantial.

Great Choice for My Farm Sink

This replaced a similar Kohler faucet with a separate hand sprayer. The pull-down is much easier to use, more forceful and easily reaches the corners of my farm sink. Despite the height of the arc, I get no splashing in the sink. The power boost helps move scraps stuck towards the drain. I’m pleased with this purchase.

Do not buy! Horrible faucet - zero stars

Worst faucet I've ever used. Installed yesterday, drips constantly. Defective sprayer, & reverts to wide spray randomly while in use. Has 2 spray options not 3 & they change randomly. Cannot use stream at all unless on full flow -- reverts to wide when flow is less than full. Pull down is heavy, loose, does not stay up, slid down & fractured my hand. Remarkably ugly – pointless asymmetric design of base. Ridiculous price, and now paying to uninstall it. Will never buy another Kohler product.

Excellent product

ORDERED BAR SIZE FIXTURE. Kitchen sink size was out of stock. REALLY glad, because this one is a perfect size for my sink. Sleek, excellent finish, looks much more expensive than it cost. Like the height a lot. Check your measurements closely. Would definitely buy this again. PS. Found a matching soap dispenser for our existing cut out in the granite. Just flat a great product.

Love this!

We wanted a separate faucet and handle to fit in our 4 hole Kohler sink. Very few make this faucet style anymore. We just installed and are thrilled! And the height makes the sink seem so much bigger.

Hot side leaked by right out of the box, maddening warranty process

So the contractor installed everything, turned the water supply valves on, and hot side won't shut off. Leaks a steady stream. Build will not support any warranty claims once the device is installed, that has to come from Kohler. Kohler actually has to write a letter that you then provide to build.com for them to support you further with a replacement.

A little concerned with dripping after faucet turns off

We had simplice faucets in a house that we sold earlier this year, and loved them because of the advanced wide-dispersion spray fearture, which is fantastic. So when we moved into a new house, we were missing our old faucets. I went ahead an purchased new Simplice faucets for both of our Kitchen sinks.... And while we still love the power spray function, we're a little concerned now that when we shut the water off, water continues to drip from the faucet for up to a minute. This seems very weird to us. And can't figure out why it's doing it. I wonder if it takes a while for the valves to fully seat? Who know..... I just know that we're feeling a little frustrated and this dripping. No me gusto!

Integrity, Style and Quality

I bought this a month ago to replace the one in my kitchen, which I love but was malfunctioning after 13 years. Turns out all I needed to do was replace the sprayer, which I’ve now done. Everything else was still good and now it’s like having a new faucet, for a fraction of the cost and super simple installation. I’m very happy with this faucet and impressed with the customer service from Koehler. They could have sold me the whole faucet but instead helped me replace just the one part. I like that integrity, and I like the quality of a product that can be repaired rather than replaced. I’ve always admired the style of Kohler products, and now I’m a loyal customer. Thank you!

Love this faucet!

This is the second home I've put one of these wonderful faucets into. I've had this one for 4 years now with no problems. I love the separate on/off lever for the fact that it's so easy to know where hot and cold are. My grown kids have the other style where it's on the stem and it drives me nuts. I also really like the pause button so I can fill a water jug that's sitting on a stool next to the sink without dripping water everywhere. I put diluted dish soap into the soap pump for easy hand dish washing jobs. Mine is installed without the deck plate, which gives it a clean, updated look. If I move again I'll look for the same faucet.

Follow up to previous review

I spoke with someone in Customer Service and they offered to replace the spray head under warranty immediately with no questions. Received the replacement in timely manner. New spray head works fine with beautiful water stream. My problem and the reason I can not recommend purchase to others or give a higher rating is that Customer Service told me that the aerator is not customer replaceable and that is why they replaced the entire spray head. My view is that the aerator is a maintenance item because it clogs from mineral deposits and should be removed and cleaned or replaced regularly. It's a simple and inexpensive "fix" to keep the faucet operating in top condition. Replacing the spray head after warranty would cost well over $30.00 each time. The "Repair" FAQ on the Kohler site shows how to replace the aerator but the information must be out of date because it was not applicable to the parts I had. If a special tool is required for regular maintenance it should be included with the new faucet or at least available to be purchased. I can not recommend a product that can not be maintained easily by the customer. Other than that it looks great and works very well and I like it.

Poor Aerated Stream Flow

I purchased this faucet from Lowe's Mail Order. It was delivered about two weeks ago and I had it installed by a plumber yesterday (4/14/21). I have been unhappy with the Aerated Stream Flow. The Sweep works great and I like the Boost feature. I expected the Aerated Stream to be a cohesive cylinder of aerated water (like my old faucet) but the stream breaks up into many smaller streams and splashes all over (see photos). I thought the aerator might be dirty and removed the Spray Face and Aerator to clean them. It did not seem to help. If this can be fixed my rating would be 5 stars. As is, I can not recommend any Kohler products to friends.

Had one of these two houses ago and loved it. Moved and since it was a newer house, we kept the kitchen as it was and lived with the faucet even though we didn't care for the two valve handles (as opposed to one). Now we moved again and are remodeling the kitchen, so we got this Kohler faucet again. Here's what we like: 1) The simple design fits great in various style homes 2) I hate the lever on the side style faucet. I never know which way to move the handle for the results I want. This single separate handle is perfect. 3) The pull out end is convenient. No separate sprayer to mess with. 4) Kohler quality

Price Drop

The installation is much easier than the old two piece I had to remove! You should have a second person to help hold the above counter items while they’re secured from underneath.

This was a replacement of the same model from 12 years ago. I needed to replace and update due to well-water corrosion of the earlier model. One came out and this went back into its place. After using it for a day or two we realized that the BLACK thumb button on the nozzle would not STOP the water flow as the original faucet did. I was amazed AND bummed. Called the manufacturer and was told, “ohh no sir . . . that button NO LONGER stops the water, now it INCREASES the flow of water” and I thought . . . WOW. They messed this product up. I use that feature and was disappointed they discontinued that function in the design. IDIOTIC thing to do, if you ask me. But hey, what do I know? I am simply the customer who knew (in advance) what he THOUGHT he was buying. SMH. Things that work well should be left as they are. I had no idea this important feature would not be a part of the faucet. Ohhh well.

Sprayer Head and Line length issues - buyer be aware.

While the product looks great, i have really felt that Kohler has reduced its overall quality. First, the sprayer head no longer has a "pause" button, but based on their own product description, it should still have a pause button, instead it is on a "boost". Well, if i had known that, i would probably choose another product. Second, during install, the included water line is too short, i had to go and get an extension. Third, i tried calling Kohler but they were on a "holiday" schedule and now, they are not even answering their phones. Instead asking customers to send in email or use the contact us form. I highly doubt if i will get a response. Will update this post if this gets resolved.

The faucet that comes is not quite what is advertised as I don't think Home Depot's page is current with the Kohler specs for this unit. Kohler no longer has the "pause" function as that button is now a "boost" function (Kohler can still send you the "pause" sprayer head if you ask). I don't sense there is any magnetic holder for the sprayer unit, it is just the hose weight that pulls it into place. Install was pretty easy but the faucet control valve leaked the first time. A new valve was sent out and it wasn't hard to put in, but the directions weren't easy to read. For those using a plumber, it will likely cost to have them come back which I didn't have to pay for. In the end, I'm not sure that the valve was leaking as opposed to it just not being tightened down enough at the factory. Either way, for a higher cost choice of faucet, I would expect more of the quality control. Now that it is in we like the look and function. Shipping of the faucet and replacement valve both came very fast - ~ 2 days for the faucet and overnight on the valve.
