Material is rubbery, not as described (acrylic) and charged 15 for return shipping. Product overpriced. Not a happy customer.

My 1 problem resulted in having to talk to customer service while ordering online. She found the light I was attempting to order, however the detail, lumens was not discussed. I ended up with a cool white rather than a daylight lamp. Since it was in a bathroom, I ignored the problem. Everything else, perfect.

I realized what a difference the proper lighting makes. I had recessed lights in my basement for the 31 years I have lived in my house. The new lighting is great for entertaining the grand kids and for my activities. I love them.

Great light

Loved the modern simplistic look. We used it as our front porch light mounted on the side of the wall to give it a cool and different look. The LED bulb gave the area a soft bright light and because its plastic we didnt worry about the weather and if it would hold up. Its so easy to clean and its very light weight. Would purchase again.

No Bulbs

I bought this product a little over a year ago to use in my kitchen. It worked well until one section started blinking like a faulty fluorescent. Then after two days of this the whole unit went dark. I can't find the receipt so the warranty (which I didn't actually think about until after if failed) is useless. The fact that these type lights do not use replaceable LED bulbs seems like a design failure to me. Even with the warranty, cutting the circuit power, removing the existing light fixture, and then putting in another unit is quite a job for what should be a simple bulb replacement.

Just junk

It lasted 1400 hours. Warranty ios for 50,000 hours. Good luck finding the manufacturer.

I am very pleased with the lights. I was looking for something that was not very noticeable and these lights blend in to the ceiling rather well. They also put out a lot of bright white light which is what I wanted. I would recommend these if you want to lighten up any space in your home. I have one in a bath, hallway and kitchen area and they work great.

14 in. LED Low Profile Square-Energy Star lights

We used these 14 inch LED Low Profile Square lights to replace the florescent lights in our family room. They do not extend very far below the ceiling and they provide a wonderful brightness for the room. We are of an age that we may never have to replace them...their length of life is so great. We are very pleased.
