Works & looks great, with a few catches.

The installation instruction failed to provide crucial information about threading the spray hose through the base. Caused we to install, remove and reinstall to get it right.Our old Delta faucet had a magnet to fully retrace the hose and seat the nozzle. This one requires you to push the nozzle back in place with some difficulty. Other than that, the unit looks and operates great.

Not for us. Too little water comes out

Very nice looking but the California flow rate limits the enjoyment of this particular faucet

Grohe faucet model 32665003

The faucet leaks at the handle. I spoke to the sales agent and am to receive a new cartridge. I am disappointed that a new product needs to be repaired.

I was surprised at how strong the flow was given that this is a low flow faucet.

Not quite as good as the Grohe faucet it replaced

This kitchen faucet replaces an aging Grohe Ladylux pull down faucet which no longer pulled out, and was becoming corroded in various places. The white finish of the old faucet was not available with any kitchen faucet at Grohe, so this one is chrome, which requires constant cleaning for water spots and finger prints. The instructions did not address the failed quick mount plastic collar used to mount the faucet to the sink deck, so after a day of scratching my head and researching other people's problem with this I found there is a brass threaded collar provided with the sink which fixes this. It does not show up in the install instructions or the parts diagram.

Concetto faucet

The faucet works great. However when it came from the factory to the cylinder which holds all the tubing n is used to hold faucet to sink when fitting is screwed onto it was not fully tightened by factory therefore my plumber had to return to fix the problem. Otherwise faucet works great n is perfect for our sink.

Water flow from the faucet decreased just a few months after installation. The problem seems to be in the unit rather than our water system, since no other faucets have been effected. Had to pay for a plumber for a product supposedly under warranty.

This is a very well designed faucet, I love it! Install was easy and great impact on our kitchen look and feel

Pull Down Sprayer Does Not Snap Back Smoothly

I like the looks of this faucet and was quickly trying to replace the one that was already there. My mistake. The existing faucet got a hole in the hose and was spraying everywhere. I bought another one of the same, thinking it was easier than taking time to select something different, but the pull down sprayer does not snap back into place and I'm disappointed I didn't get one with a magnetic function. AND keep in mind the hose got holes in it after 6 years. Maybe look for a different one.

Hansgrohe kitchen faucet

I love this faucet. It’s simple, but elegant and has a great sprayer! Most faucets have weak sprayers but this is the opposite. I would recommend it!

Right handed!

Good looking; but right-handed; I'm left handed and have to reach around to turn it on!

Quality questionable

Very attractive faucet, but within a week we are having issues with the toggle back and forth from spray to stream. Wish I read the reviews first. Seems there may be some quality issues.

Faulty spray design

Wonderful product HOWEVER. The spay activator wears out in under 2 years! I’m about to replace something yet again 😖

Kitchen Faucet

Perfect, modern faucet, the spray function pulls out smoothly and has a nice magnetic function to hold it in.
