Door was pretty for about 1 day. It is easily scratched and marked up. The door is covered in some kind of plastic coating. Once it is scratched, touchups are difficult (after you find the right color). When touching up, the existing coating bubbles up under the paint. The door will have to eventually be a total removal of plastic covering and repaint.

Door has a good quality and finish. I didn’t pay attention on the description and I was surprised when it arrived disassembled. I will buy again but now planning to put it together!

I knew the style and look of door I was wanting, and I really liked how easy it was to pick these out from the site. All measurements and tools needed were listed and easy to find. Everything was a great easy experience and I would recommend these to anyone. They are great doors!!

Choosing these doors has turned out to be a prudent decision. Their sturdiness and uncomplicated design align seamlessly with my requirements.

Great door!

Beautiful door that receives a lot of compliments. Install was fairly simple and it looks like it was installed new with the house! The frosted glass is the way to go.

Just what I wanted! When closed, allows for just the right amount of privacy. Came with some white wood strips that I wasn't sure how to use but ended up with a slight separation between the doors once hung. So attached 1 of the strips to one of the doors eliminating the space. Looks beautiful! Will be much easier to clean than a door with 12 individual glass panes on it!

Overall I was not as impressed with these doors in person as I was online. I was actually quite disappointed. They looked like they were seperate panels in the photos but in person they are simply one door with what would almost appear to be a tape over the silver lines. They look much cheaper in person sadly, which is unfortunate since I spent so much money on it.

Solid door choice

The doors are nice and sturdy, and the glass is uniformly etched. Our floor is slightly angled, and our closet is slightly shorter than the doors, but it was not a problem. The doors are "solid" wood, so we just cut the bottom off and put a border at the top of the closet to disguise the angle. The doors do not have any handle, you just slide by the edge of the door or the the lip around the window.

These are beautiful doors. Work well and very heavy, but they are made of MDF, not solid wood. Worth the purchase, but would have liked to have solid wood for the price charged. As interior doors, they work.

Doors are NOT as pictured. The picture advertised shows doors that meet (they come together) the door’s actually overlap, which is NOT why I purchased them.

The door is beautiful and works well once it's up. However, there are many issues with the installation: 1) It is extremely heavy and takes two strong people to move it. 2) It definitely requires a backing board to be put up to mount the rails to. The hollow wall anchors included are a joke for something this heavy. 3) There is no slot in the bottom of the door for the floor guides. In fact, there are 4 large screws preventing you from cutting a slot. These screws must be removed before cutting and replaced afterwards. In addition, the door is not flat and can't be used as a guide for the router without first putting a spacer in place. Given that floor guides are included, it only makes sense that the slot be pre-cut by the manufacturer. Now that the door is up, it works well and looks terrific!

I ordered 2 of these and they arrived in one piece. The freight shipping box was very protective. The doors are very nice and high quality. I did get one for a pocket door, and due to the raised panels on the sides, it moved a bit bumpy on the track. Not a big deal, but not a flat surface. Happy with my purchase.

Amazing material and look

The quality of the Sliding Double Barn Glass Doors/ Planum 2102 Ginger Ash is great. The product match what was displayed online. Removed the door to my laundry room and added these barn doors. The color blends with my carpet and makes the laudry room look high class. The PROs the look and material are amazing No Cons I would recommend to a friend.

Unique barn doors

These doors are beautiful! I love the contemporary mix of barn door rustic style and the opaque glass inserts. They are heavy, but the sliding rail comes with it and substantially holds the doors and allows them to slide perfectly.

The doors alone are beautiful. There are no special tools provided, or instructions on how to install the handles. The track itself, does not allow the doors to stay closed. They keep rolling open on both sides about a half inch. It doesn't bother me, but I have to find some kind of latch or something to keep them shut. It would be too bothersome to return after all the construction I had to do to change my door frames to install these doors. ...but like I said, pretty doors.

Beautiful, contemporary, durable (no damage). Color matches our new vinyl plank flooring - a light grayish brown. This is a statement piece for our wine cellar under the stairs in the basement. It's just perfect! If I had to do it all over again, it would be this door only :-) Also we added a cool decal to the frosted glass.
