I like the construction of these. They are solid and durable. All fiber glass and acrylic. No styrofoam or thin plastic. However the drain has been off center on the past 3. I’m ocd and like my shower heads, handles and drains to line up perfectly. So this caused issues in my assembly.

No. It came in a box that had previously been opened. The box did not have any visible damage that would indicate it had been dropped. After opening the box I found the corner of the pan had been broken off. I'm not sure why Home Depot would send out an item that appeared to have been returned damaged from a previous sale.

High quality shower base. The shape of the base was as advertised with no discrepancies. Just installed the base and it went in without a hitch. Instructions were excellent. This is my second DreamLine shower base I’ve installed in the last year and will not hesitate on going with DremLine in the future. Also, I would hesitate to recommend this case for theDo-It-Yourselfers.

New pan

First one was broken, I opened box before leaving Lowe’s. I had to reorder. Second one was great, I was expecting it to be somewhat out of shape by a 1/4 or 1/8 inch. It was not. It fit into my alcove perfectly and fitted nicely with thin set. I added spray foam around the sides to reduce the hollow sounds. I’m happy with the ease of installation and the quality of the product.

Inspect it WELL before the Install

I ordered this early on during a building project, being that I suspected delays during our chaotic year of pandemic shutdowns. When it arrived, I inspected it for the usual kind of damage and everything looked fine. Mine is more glossy than the image above shows....not too thrilled with that.
