Change my low-flow pressured shower into something I enjoy now... Planning on getting it from my other showers as well... Would definitely recommend to anyone who is having low water pressure in the shower

Oh my gosh. Moved into an apartment with serious low water pressure, dreaded even taking showers. I was not expecting this to work as well as it does, Im pleasantly surprised! If you have low water pressure this WILL do the trick.

Speakman S-400

Always looked upon Speakman as a king in this industry. Once again they’ve exceeded my expectations. I’m a plumbing contractor and I’ve iinstalled many high priced shower heads in my day , and none come close this inexpensive on here.

This product really works. Old shower head could barely make it to the center of shower. Now it blast all the way across to the end.

Works fine. It was nice that it came with the teflon tape. The power of the spray isn't as strong as I would like, but it works.

It is pretty good, but not as good as the first one I bought like this one. First one was made in US, now made in China. May have been a design change by Speakman, but for sure the first one was much better.Likely still better than many others.

After a couple weeks of use, I've found 2 nice surprises: 1) I don't run the water at full power anymore; I find the gentle pressure (reminiscent of rain) preferable; 2) I no longer crank the temperature setting all the way to high, since the water feels significantly hotter than with our old shower head. It's also quieter than our old head - no mineral deposit constriction (yet).

The reason I bought this was from a positive review for it in Consumers Digest. Was not available in store but ordered it even though I would have liked to have seen it before I bought it. This is an amazing shower head. We purchased the 2.5 gpm model, and don't regret it for a minute. We found that by keeping the restrictor in, and removing the 'o' ring we got a PERFECT flow, not too harsh, and not too wimpy. My conditioner rinses out COMPLETELY now, and I feel invigorated with the amount of flow coming out. I I feel clean, and REFRESHED. If I've had a rough night's sleep, this shower helps wake me up. :) I LOVE IT! :)

The shower head provides a good stream using a 40/60 well switch. The 2 GPM water flow easily rinses off soap and shampoo. I have had it installed for about two weeks without any problems. Installation went good. The old shower head came off and the new one went on without a hitch. The total installation time was about 20 minutes (removal, cleaning, taping and installation). I did not give it five stars simply because I do not know it's durability yet.

Very easy to install. The fine spray has a good forceful stream, but not nearly the flow of my original Moen showerhead. My initial reaction was to send it back, but I decided to try it out for a week. After a week of getting used to the different spray, I have decided to keep it as it does save on water usage, so using less water is an acceptable trade-off. It takes a little longer to rinse off but the water usage is definitely less. I don't really understand the function of the big gray ring around the showerhead, it gets in the way of items on my shelf under the shower arm. It seems permanently attached so I can't remove it to eliminate the interference. I'll just not put tall items on the top shelf.
