The perfect roasting pan

Very happy with this purchase. Handled a 16lbs turkey no problem. Great for roasting bones for stocks or veggies. Also great for roasting multiple chickens. Great addition to the kitchen!

perfect size

Great size. I have needed a smaller roasting pan for just the 2 of us. this one is perfect. Have arthritis and sometimes these pans are so heavy and hard to wash in the sink, this one is perfect and cleans like a dream!

Nice cook ware

We bought this to roast a goose. After promising to cook the goose couldn't find our roasting pan so in panic.....needed a pan with 24 hours. William Sonoma had several to pick-up in store. Was guided through all the different pans and settled on this one. It worked very well and dinner was saved.

Great pan after 1st use

We use this to roast a prime rib shortly after we received it for Easter dinner. The pan worked great making a gravy in the pan was simple and clean up was easy. My only concern is I think that the rack sits a little too low, so when doing a long roast of a turkey, or something that tends to create more juice it might not have enough clearance.

Don't waste your money buying All-Clad

Your policy and people suck big time. I bought the roaster and a few days later it was on sale at a nice discount and your people refused to rebate the difference or provide 'store' credit. How can I ever buy any All-Clad from you again knowing that a few days later it will be on sale and discounted? Your policy makes me feel stupid and taken advantage of.

Great Roaster

This was a replacement for an older one that was a Teflon base which started to peel, which is scary. I did some research and this unit was highly recommended and the stainless steel is a much better option and healthier. It comes in a couple of sizes as well and I optioned for the smaller one due to being empty nesters, it has been an outstanding unit in making roast and others. Super easy to clean and look great.
