Great quality at a good price!

My parents needed the door handle replaced between their garage and mudroom at their new condo. They were looking for a finish that would match the rest of their oil rubbed bronze hardware. I went on a hunt for something that wouldn't break the bank, and decided to give this one a try. I'm pretty impressed with the quality – it's sturdy and feels even better than the name brand ones they had before. It installed really easily and feels secure. We plan to replace the rest to match!

Needed to change the latch in my garage entry door from a round knob to a lever (so much easier to open when both hands are carrying groceries). Design House Customer Service confirmed that the entire latch needed to be replaced, not just the handles. I ordered the door latch online and picked it up at the store. Delivery was two days earlier than originally anticipated. I had the lock re-keyed at the store (at no charge) to match the other entry door locks in my apartment.
