Arrived on time. Haven't installed it yet. Like that it has a 3-in trapway. Remodeling my cabin.

Beautifully designed one piece toilet. The only downside was that it was missing the two round plastic covers for access holes. Had to call Swiss Madison customer service which took some time.

Sleek modern toilet - easy to clean

Love the sleek look of this toilet. There was a missing part for the flush button but Swiss Madison was quick to reply and resolve the issue. We have not had any issues with clogging. Our prior toilet clogged frequently as this is the main toilet used in our house. I would recommend!

Just the look is good it has many issues, issue while installation and water leakage is main problem with this toilet seat, things that looks good doesn't works good.

Generally a nice toilet. Does require you to hold down the flush button for 3-4 seconds. Seat is cheap light weight plastic. Otherwise works well.

Beautiful design and good height. One caveat it the 2nd flush, which could be stronger in mt opinion. Otherwise, a solid purchase.

I am giving 5 stars for the appearance and ease of cleaning the outside. It’s so sleek and transforms the entire look for the room. I knocked down a couple stars due to the seat made of cheap plastic. It will scratch very easily. Also, the “vortex” flush is not quite that. My much older toilet (20 years) produced a stronger flush. If you suffer from IBS or similar, I would discourage you from this particular model. Again, the look is stunning but functionality is lacking for my particular needs.

I like it. Looks very smooth and flushes good thankfully. It also works if you’re thinking of adding a Toto wash-lit on top

Hard to install. Hard to keep it clean. Its matte look doesn’t add any sophistication. It looks worn out.

Awesome toilet

I ordered this toilet because I couldn't find a black 10" toilet anywhere to fit the space in our bathroom. It flushes beautifully, swirls the while bowl and that is on the water saving flush. I love the way it looks and the smooth sides. I got a warm water bidet to go on it and it works beautifully too. I especially love the soft closing lid and seat that comes with this toilet. All in all I am very happy with the look and function of this toilet.

This toilet is very comfortable. It looks nice and slick. My advice is to have it install professionally because it can be a little tricky

Handsome look (if you can even say that about a toilet), love the dual flush push-button feature and the slow-closing lid. The one-piece modern style is ridiculously easy to clean. Fits my narrow space perfectly and what a relief to find a toilet with all these features in a hard-to-find 10-inch rough!

Very nice toilet but the hole for the wax ring is too small. It won't fit properly and another way is required to put in the wax seal. Update on toilet. Found I didn't need the plastic insert in the wax ring. Got it installed and now using. Just LOVE it. Flushes beautifully !! Looks Great!!

I really love the modern look and the size. Everything about this toilet is nice and I am happy that I inadvertently found it for my bathroom. The only issue was finding someone to install it - not many people are good at installing this type of toilet.

Lovely

This is a great, looking toilet for the money. Only criticism I have is that next to some of the modern vanity tops. The white is not quite as bright. In the lighting in my bathroom, it doesn’t bother me but I wanted to make mention of it. Overall, it is a great buy

cheap and faulty

we purchase 3 of these - 1 cracked after 2 months of use, 2 others are leaking water into the reservoir after flushing (the shut-off mechanism works only randomly) - we have been wasting so much water, it's unbelievable. the cover is thin and lightweight - cheaply made - does not stay in place)

Toilet a bit wide

We purchased bc we have a tight space and it was not as deep as other toilets but it turns out it is quite wide. That is my fault for not really paying as much attention to the width but I have read that this toilet is considered “compact”. It’s quite bulky width wise...just a consideration people should make when purchasing.

Impossible to keep clean

Love the sleek look of this toilet. But it's impossible to keep clean. Has all sorts of nooks and crannies under the seat that are impossible to clean unless you use something like a toothbrush. Totally impractical. Who wants to remove the whole lid from the bowl (you can detach it) every time you need clean a toilet? Wish I'd kept my simple old toilet.
