Uneven toasting

Setting the toasting temperature at 4 as the instructions recommend, it toasted only one side of bread. Tried reversing the bread so other side would get toasted, it ended up solid black on the toasted side.

I can’t issue a review because Macys has not delivered item, despite my numerous inquiries by phone and email.

I like this toaster just fine. I followed the instructions and it toasted on borh sides evenly. Love that it has bagel settings. Not sure I see the need to have a separate toaster at this point, but if you have the need, this is a good option.

Pros: Wider slots for bagels and thick bread, sleek look, cord is to the side for easy access, icon for the bagel and frozen options Cons: Crumb tray requires fully tipping over to access, no light on dial to easily see where you are, glossy finish shows finger prints, basic options- no reheat option Overall: This is a basic toaster that will meet you needs without all the fancy bells and whistles.

I received this in exchange for my honest review. This toaster had thick slots that can accommodate something like a bagel. The slots need to be deeper to fully toast a slice of taller bread. The outside of this can get hot so be careful. I guess I’m used to and prefer a higher quality toaster with a wider variety of features. This functions but it wouldn’t be something I’d purchase or recommend.

I really like this toaster, I put 2 bagels in it to make for breakfast and it toasted them very evenly and made them super warm. There were no cold spots on the bagels. The timing was also super quick for toasting

I wanted to give this toaster some time before I gave a review. I’ve been using this toaster for about a month now and I absolutely love it. The design is simple but has everything that you could need for your basic toaster. The temperature controls are clear and the consistency of the toasting is very good! I even was able to toast frozen bread and gluten-free bread well, which is not something I can say about my old toaster.

Great for small spaces and cute as can be! It’s durable and easy to clean (cleaning trap underneath). Compact so it’s made for apartments or small kitchens. Toasted just right and the temp. Is easy to control due to the buttons on the front!

My black decker toaster really lasts longer, it’s durability and efficiency are its known qualities. It’s saves the breakfast and snack time. It is easy to use and control the level of heat and how toast I want my bread. The surface is always easy to clean except the inner part.

Cute little toaster, nice looking and sleek. Does its job, easy use and instructions. Has options for frozen foods as well as a shut off in case you change your mind on how long you want your toast in there.
