We would highly recommend this product to anyone, works very well and easy setup. We especially like the function of it being self cleaning, an also love that it is bottom loading as both my husbands an I have back problems.

Unit is great, except for tall water bottles the nightlight

Unit is great, except for tall water bottles the nightlight doesn't shine inside your bottle to tell the fill level. A ring light around the nozzle might work best.

So far we love it! Quiet, easy to setup (although our first one arrived with the door broken, hinge snapped off), and love the very large cup opening so i don't have to hold me large water bottles while filling.
