I wanted a nice dish rack to replace our grungy Rubbermaid plastic/wire rack. We recently updated our kitchen counters and appliances, including an Elkay sink, and this rack is the perfect finishing touch. I like the fact that it is custom-sized to the sink dimensions which maximizes capacity. It is certainly expensive, but because its stainless steel, I'm counting on it to last as long as the sink itself. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that it came with a removable plate holder - this was not stated in the Home Essentials Direct product description.
