Looks Beautiful - BUT SENSOR HAS STOPPED WORKING, TWICE!

While it is beautiful, in just over a year since purchase, used for less than a year, the sensor is FAULTY. Ours has stopped working twice! Replacement sensor from VIGO takes weeks to 8-10 weeks. Ridiculous, in my opinion! I will never buy/recommend

Liked this faucet so much I bought it again. Pipes froze with the subzero temps in our cabin and was so happy they had the exact same faucet. It’s sturdy and well made and perfect for and industrial/rustic vibe.

This product had some unexpected challenges which we have learned to get used to but would caution potential buyers. First, the touchless feature can be a bit problematic. You have to open the faucet first by touching the manual handle which therefore makes it a touch-required faucet. Once you have opened the valve and adjusted to your desired temperature, you then need to wave your hand in front of of the touchless scanner to get the water flowing. If you accidentally wave your hand in front of it again while you are putting your hands in the sink to wash a dish, the scanner will turn the water off which can be frustrating, Second, the inner hose inside of the stainless steel coil is quite stiff and it takes a bit of getting used to. Lastly, the water pressure when it is on spray function is quite low which is disappointing because we find ourselves using our secondary sink to rinse dishes properly before putting in the dishwasher. In terms of aesthetics, it is a very stylish addition, but had we not already had our brand new quartz countertop cut to it’s specifications and had it installed before actually using it, we would have likely gone with a different choice for our main sink.

So far working great . Received much compliments especially the one with brass/gold color . After almost an year of usage Had issue with the sensor and VIGO freely replaced it . For the price it works well and is aesthetically a winner !!

Nice looking, substantial, heavy duty faucet

Hash this installed a week ago. A very nice substantial faucet for the price. My only negative is that I think the sensor should be on the side and not front of the faucet. It switches of inadvertently sometimes when I’m using the sink.

Edison faucet

My Vigo faucet came with easy instructions to assemble. It looks fabulous in my kitchen. I love how the spray works, the ease of the pull down feature and the touch less on/off. I highly recommend this kitchen faucet.

Worth the price.

Exquisite brushed gold look adds lot of grandeur to your kitchen. Handle soft around the extension pipe, it causes light scratches when it gets in contact with the surface of the holder. Faucet is heavy and well built, worth every penny.

This faucet looks stunning

I recently updated my kitchen and replaced all the hardware and lighting from brushed nickel to aged brass. This faucet looks stunning. I really appreciate the motion sensor. It,s so nice to not have to touch the faucet with icky stuff on my hands ( like touching chicken).

Great faucet, just dont order with sensor

This faucet is awesome without the sensor. This sensor trips way too easily, just washing the dishes you will trip it and shut it off. We ended up disconnecting the sensor and just using as normal. Highly recommend but not the sensor version.

Ordered this in advance of getting a new countertop and sink. It is very nice looking and well made. Really like the option for stainless steel and matte black together so it will tie in with our appliances which are black stainless with stainless trim.

Faucet nozzle function toggle wore after about a years worth of use. Product description is accurate and it looks great. Manufacturer (Vigo) was easy to work with and they replaced the unit once I reported the issue with the toggle. The button that switches between stream & spray is what wore out but they replaced entire faucet at no charge. Matte black finish stayed true to color unlike others I’ve seen where the finish deteriorates. I continue to shop Vigo products through Houzz because of the quality and customer service, in addition to the value!

We installed this faucet a little less than two years ago. . The good . - easy to install! . - looks fabulous! . - easy pull down . - smooth toggle between spray and stream . - did I say it looks fabulous?? . - great customer service - really quite amazing . . The bad . - after two years, the finish is wearing off . - worse, after two years the flow, which was already low to begin with, is terrible. In fact, not enough flow anymore to trigger our on demand hot water heater. So you wait a long time to fill up a pot full of cold water, you wait for infinity to fill up a pot full of warm water (if we go into the bathroom and crank the hot water, then it flips and the flow from the faucet is enough to trigger the hot water then to stay on) . . The customer service was really great, shockingly great in this day and age actually, and they are sending me a brand new head, but I'm not sure it will fix the flow issue fully. Maybe it is a bit limed up, but soaking in vinegar does not seem to have helped. We'll see how the new head works out, but I would not buy this again.

I bought for my home remodel a little over two years ago. The quality is NOT GOOD! The handle screws in and does not stay tight. In fact the threads were stripped after about a year. We have not been able to fix it so we just turn it off and on by the piece that the handle screwed in to. The finish has also started wearing off and looks terrible. The sprayer toggles between spray as a more focussed stream but that no longer works either. It’s just spray which is aggravating when you want to fill up a bottle or rinse out a bottle before recycling. I would not buy this again. It’s cheap and should have held up a lot longer. We are just two people not some big family. Don’t buy it!

Beautiful & Functional

I'd never heard of the Vigo brand before, but we found ourselves needing a new kitchen faucet, so I browsed the Home Depot website, and all the Vigo products had amazing reviews. I decided to try it and couldn't be happier. It's been installed 6 months or so and has been great. Easy to install, pleasing to look at, and works as intended. I'm an official fan of Vigo now.

Beautiful Faucet is the Envy of all guests

I bought this faucet after attending a housewarming party of a friend. I saw the exact product in his house and had to have it. I LOVE it! It has become the centerpiece of our kitchen and the main talking point.

So far, so good

We just installed it last weekend. Installation was quick and simple. We did have an issue where my husband tightened one of the connections too tightly and water wouldn't run through the faucet. After checking everything he realized his mistake. Obviously that was his fault and doesn't affect my rating. The faucet works great. It's very sturdy and all components feel strong. We paid a great price was worried the faucet would be of low quality but it appears and feels like a faucet that is 2x the price. The soap dispenser is great too. I am learning to control the pressure I use to pump the soap so that I don't get too much or too little soap. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase and would buy again.
