Sensor operation is very wierd

Purchased and installed without much issue. Faucet looks good and work. Problem is that the sensor functioning is very weird. You have to both have the handle turned on and wave your hand in front of the sensor for the water to turn on. If the physical handle is turned off the sensor will not turn the water on. This operation is different than other hand-free faucets I have owned where the touchless sensor operates independently of the physical handle. Because of this I would not recommend

Sensor died in 32 months

Home depot was great. The box was clean and the shipping was quick. Vigo Customer service was a joke. They asked for an invoice and a video. No problem did that in a day. They suggested that removing reinstall the batteries. I had already done that. Then they close the inquiry. They did this twice. I assume it's ai.

Barely lasted a year

Looks good and we liked it until it stopped working. Reached out to customer service and they told me it has 1 year of warranty, even though the warranty on Home Depot says 5 years. I agreed to pay for the replacement part and shipping however the part is out of stock and every time I ask they say it should be in stock in couple weeks. It has been couple weeks since 4 months and never heard from them again. Very disappointed

Automatic Sensor is useless

We ended up taking out the batteries and using it without the automatic touch feature. The manual lever will not work without first waving your hand in front of the sensor. Emailed the company thinking this was an error but this is how it is designed. Absolute pain to use. Looks beautiful so I will give it that but wish Id saved the couple bucks and bought without the sensor.

Worst Product Support - Sensor broke on 2nd day

The product LOOKS Great but the sensor broke on the second day of use. I have contacted the Manufacturer and their support is horrible - nothing resolved in 2 WEEKS and they keep asking me to do the same thing in emails over and over and saying they are closing the ticket.

I bought this to replace a Moen with a senson. The Vigo is so far superior (thus far- 2 weeks) for two main reasons. The Moen has the sensor in the worst place possible: on the left side of the faucet, so every time you try to clean the counter or place anything near the sensor, the water turns on. More importantly: the worst design flaw of the Moen is that if the batteries run out, which occurs about every 3-4 weeks, you cannot use the faucet. The Vigo will operate manually even if the batteries are dead. The Vigo is very stylish looking and has great water pressure. The only aspect I like less than the Moen is the Vigo isn’t quite as tall. It’s taken a bit of getting used to, but I highly recommend this very reasonably priced faucet for quality, look, and functionality.

I love this faucet. I was a little disappointed when it arrived and the nozzle was plastic but after going to every store shopping for other faucets all were plastic materials so I settled with this one. We did have to go buy new hoses to hook it up because the ones in the box would not work with the old sink lines. I love the touchless except it would be nice if it was on the side because when washing things it can be very easy to turn off and on several times. So far the faucet has held up well with 3 teenagers. My boyfriend has been using the touchless feature he forgets at his house that his faucet is different. We want to get a second one for his house just because we like it.

Looks good, weak magnet

I purchased 2 and returned them both. They were stunningly beautiful and matched my decore perfectly, but...... the magnet that holds the faucet sprayer in place is extremely weak. I now have to find a similar style. After looking I noticed that several people have reported the same issue.

Great for families with small children. They can reach Sensor. And unit has Auto-shut off, so no water waste. Easy to install. But flush the lines as instructed. Originally I thought the unit was defective, until I ran water from both sides of hot/cold hoses. Also don’t skim on the plumber tape.

Touchless function is worthless

The faucet is beautiful but the touchless function is worthless. From the day I installed, the touchless function didnt work as it should. When I turn on my sink faucet water doesn’t come out until I wave over the touchless sensor. The sink also randomly turns off. VIGO confirmed these are known issues & asked me to purchase another through Home Depot. The problem with that is I have to come out of pocket again and pay a plumber another few hundred to install. Would not recommend.

Vigo Faucet

We purchased this faucet a few years ago as it one of the few that is short enough to fit our area. Today the bottom of the entire faucet where it sprays out fell off and it’s now junk. Don’t waste your money spend a little extra and buy a different brand with a better warranty. This is the second issue we have had with this faucet. The first issue we had to buy a part for it because the spray button went bad. Lesson learned don’t buy Vigo Junk!

Terrible product. It didn't work from the day we installed it. Slow hot water at first and then the whole thing just stopped working. No water coming out. We had a professional plumber install and test and he couldn't get it to work and told us to just get a different brand of faucet.

The faucet is PLASTIC!

I ordered this to replace an older VIGO kitchen faucet that has gotten to where the water barely comes through. I just opened this box and the faucet nozzle is plastic. It feels cheaply made and I can only guess they did this to prevent chipping paint. It's awful, it's something I would expect from a $50 faucet. It's being returned this weekend.
