This faucet is incredibly heavy and too tall for a residential kitchen. It would work better for a commercial installation. The height is almost 20" and therefore leaves little room if you have cupboards above the sink. The quality seemed quite good however I did have to return it due to the size and weight.

This faucet works well for us

We installed the VIRGO Brany pull-down spary kitchen faucet about a month ago and it is working out well for us. We like the way the faucet can swing from one of the double sinks to the other. The spay feather is easy to turn on and off. We have noticed that we have to be careful of the straight round rod that screws into the valve and controls the hot and cold water. This rod can become unscrewed easily and fall into the garbage disposal. This has not happened while the disposal is running but it could.

Good product, but description has inaccuracies.

Solid faucet with inner parts made of brass and copper. Good flow rate and strong spray. Cons: the nozzle does not readily return to the stow position. A simple magnet would smooth out this function. Also, the product description says the nozzle is extendable up to 30 inches. That is only achieveable if you do not install the hose weight, which is essential to returning the hose and nozzle to the stow position. You get closer to 12 inches of actual extension.

Could definitely be better

We just got our new countertops in and I was so excited to finally have this installed. Unfortunately, I'm left disappointed. The spout will not stay connected to spout holder so it just dangles really far down into our sink. It looks silly and it makes washing dishers inconvenient. Also, the sprayer mode is so low pressure that it's pretty much useless. Probably the worst part of our kitchen renovations/updates so far.

Horrible quality. Paint peels off badly right away

Luckily I bought this for my house and not a client. Paint on the plate started coming off within 6 months. 3 years later the faucet looks disgusting

Vigo VG02003K2 - Excellent Buy!

My wife and I searched extensively for a new faucet before agreeing on the pre-rinse style. Then came the agreement on finish and some height limitations. The Vigo VG02003K2 checked all of the boxes and exceeded our expectations for its finish quality and ease of installation. This was our first experience with this brand and hopefully not our last. Their entire line is very style forward. Would highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. Please do not buy this. I ordered in April 2021 for my kitchen sink. This faucet is completely eroded and the handle has now broke off. Save yourself the money and avoid this. I know gave to replace my faucet entirely again! Shame on this seller.

I didn’t take the soap dispenser, as my goal was to minimize clutter on the deck. Haven’t had it long enough to evaluate its durability. Five stars for its beauty, functionality and price. Half of what I expected.
