Great cooler

Started leaking after a year. Flooding hazard

Fonctionne bien, mais je suis déçu car il est très bruyant quand il fonctionne. Au moins il ne fonctionne pas en permanence et ca m'empêche pas de dormir. Par rapport au refroidisseur que j'avais avant c'est assez épouvantable le bruit qu'il fait. Pour cette raison je ne le recommande pas.

Cold water and hot water on demand

I really enjoyed this water cooler up until the the cold water faucet started dripping☹️

Support collar of water cooler broke. They won't give me a solution. $300 down the drain.

Vitapur cooler does not cool water.

Disappointing! Replaced with exact same Vitapur unit after eight years of use. That cooler stopped cooling. The new cooler never started cooling. Will be returning the Vitapur cooler to Lowes for refund.

Do NOT waste your money

We bought this a week ago. Followed all of the instructions for setup. Plugged it in a day after buying it, and it did not cool water. The next day, it began leaking.

J’adore cette machine à eau. J’ai pu récupérer le contenant à eau de mon ancienne machine qui s’adapte parfaitement sur celle-ci. Ce modèle est facile à entretenir. Aussi les filtres sont moins dispendieux que ceux pour les autres machines !

THE WORST.

I don’t write reviews but I feel the responsibility to save you from buying this water cooler. It leaks and is LOUD! The leak is not just drips here and there, it sounds like a waterfall. I’ve had other coolers and my parents have one and neither of those have been so much trouble as this one. Save your mind and skip this piece of junk.
