I use these brackets all the time and they are great!

They are a good sturdy bracket, I rarely use the crossmember, unless I am mounting them to vinyl siding.

Great Bracket Could Use More Pre Drilled Holes

I've used a bunch of these with 24k BTU mini splits, they work well and hold up to the elements well. The only thing I'd say that they could improve is to have more pre drilled holes so that you can match common framing dimensions (especially 16 on center).

Well Built With Some Odd Flaws

Major pro: you would never imagine this thing failing on you. The gauge of the steel is heavy, and makes you confident in your build.Fail #1 - the holes drilled for the walls have no play, and they aren't any wall stud spacing I'm familiar with. If you want to drill into two studs, you will have to be prepared to drill your own hole through this steel. With a slotted hole to accommodate studs, this mount would be way easier to use.Fail #2 - the rubber grommets on one end came reversed, so I couldn't figure out how to mount my mini-split. They wouldn't come close enough to mount my LG unit. I started modifying it, before I realized I had to take the grommets out, flip them 180, then re-install them.

These brackets are great and the don't rust and are very strong. I use them to support all my Ductless unit installation. They com with all the hardware that you will need for wood or concrete.

I would not buy this product again

They are nicely made brackets and seem very strong. The holes in the wall bracket are not 16" on center and require you to drill your own holes. They are very easily drilled so im assuming these arent true stainless steel as i would ruin many drill bits otherwise. Two the four mounting feet bolts would not thread forcing me to make up my own hardware. Quality control must be better for the price of this product.

Seems to be working fine. My HVAC tech attached it to the back of my garage into a wooden wall, about 2 feet above the ground. Seems to hold the weight of the unit fine. It's adjustable and could probably hold a bigger unit if needed.
