Good Pan Initially

This pan arrived in mid July. The first few times it was used, the pan exceeded expectations, except the heaviness. Food cooked well and came out of the pan very easily. Even though no metal was used in the pan, it scratched. Then the handle became lose and there is not a way to tighten. Disappointed.

Bought online and the lid doesn't close properly , There is always a gap when covering with lid .

The pan came out of round. Lid couldn't close. You could see the dent in the pan.
