Staub Casserole

I had bought this for myself a while ago and love it. I decided to get one for my daughter as she keeps trying to borrow mine. It is the perfect size casserole for a small family. It cleans up beautifully & bakes perfect.

I love my new casserole dish. I love that you can go from bake to broil, and also can put leftovers in the freezer. I made eggplant parmigiana, and it was excellent! Cleans up nice and no stains or residue.
