Beautiful and comfortable

It looks beautiful and is very comfortable. The plumber did the install and didn't seem to have any issues. The only complaint I have is that the tub drain seal leaks and I lose water while bathing. The plumber has the drain tight but can seem to stop the slow leak. I would give it a 5 instead of 4 if we could have resolved the leak. I'm ready to take the drain closure out and just use a cheap cover on drain.

Let your plumber know

Make sure your plumber knows about the slope of the tub; that it is not a "regular" free standing tub. The bathing area of the tub is shorter than the total length of the tub. The standing faucet needs to be either at the short end of the tub by the drain or if at the side of the tub as near the drain as possible. My plumber put the standing faucet in the middle of the overall length of the tub. BIG mistake. The water flows just in front of your butt, between the legs. Also, you will probably hit the faucet when standing up. I have hit my shoulder many times. The tub is comfortable and I have had no other issues. Check the model numbers when ordering. I ordered the model with the W at the end thinking that was the all white one. It is not - it has a chrome drain and overflow hole.

Installed in our new home and it looks so GOOD. BUT for me and maybe only me since no other raters had this concern it is so slippery. I can hardly get out without slipping and sliding. So in two years I've only used it 3 times.

Stylish and Comfortable

I bought this free standing tub several months ago during a master bath redo. I trust the brand as my former jet tub was also a Jacuzzi and I never had any plumbing issues with it. This new design combines a modern aesthetic with a traditional slipper form. It is very comfortable to bathe in as it feels cocoon like while soaking. True luxury!

Flimsy Tub

Do not buy. The hose for plumbing is plastic is cheap and does not seal. You will have to go out and spend an additional $300.00 to make the seal where it won't leak.
