I installed this grab bar inside of my MIL's shower. This 32" bar matches the 16" Seachrome bar that is also installed in her shower. Both look great and are providing her with much needed assistance while showering.

I recently installed this 16" grab bar in my mother-in-law's shower along with a matching 32" grab bar. Both grab bars match the 16" grab bar previously mounted outside of her shower. They each give her more confidence and stability getting in the shower, and moving around inside. They look very nice as well.

These support bars are beautifully chromed, packaged very well and come with mounting screws. They are very smooth, so not "grippy." Will need to get toggle mounts if there is no solid wood behind drywall. These are made in USA get them! The moens are made in china.

The flange on one end, the part that goes against the wall, was bent. My husband straightened it enough to make it work. If he had not been able to straighten it, and it was installed with the bent metal, it could have weakened to attachment to the wall presenting a safely issue. Luckily, I'm pretty small so won't be putting 200+ pounds of pull against it so my husband is pretty sure we are fine. Just thought you should know.
