Loved this toilet a little harder to install but so many compliments!

Absolutely beautiful and works fabulously.

Don’t waist your money on buying this product, it started leaking within 3-4 months and after contacting manufacturer the part won’t be shipped till September we’re in July.

Looks nice . The lines around it supposed to be gold but they are yellow also the rings which hold the cover are silver instead of gold

Bad Flush Valve

I purchased this product in February and due to some unforeseen delays with construction and state inspections, I didn’t get it installed until recently. Once we got it installed we noticed it kept leaking due to a faulty flush valve. The plumber said there was no way to fix it and to replace it. Contacted Walmart with proof of everything and they refused to replace because of their 90 day policy. Lesson learned, never jump the gun and buy from Walmart again for any of my remodels. I’m sticking with Lowe’s for anything to do with my real estate investments.

quality of ceramic outside ia excellent. IOne of 3 purchased had leakiing parts. One had a defective seat. Now Onw seat will not stop moving around. Swiss Madison was VERY responsive to replace one seat and water flow valve. Now I am concerned about durability

Easy to install, but heavy, so be sure to have two people. Love the form and function. Glad I got three of them to replace my bottom end 1952’s.

Packaging is what gives this a poor rating. The toilet is fine. Boxed with an abundant amount of foam. But in the foam that has to be lifted out is the tank lid. And it’s not taped in, or held in by anything. As soon as the foam was lifted, the lid fell out and smashed. Conveniently, these kids are out of stock with every company including Swiss Madison til possibly 2 months from now. Makes me believe that this is a very common problem.
