Not as pictured

Chase gave us a full refund after seeing how saggy our hammock was compared to the picture. We ordered from them because it looked so taut, but the one we got was so close to the ground, my 190 lb husband was sitting on the frame and had to get on the ground to get out of it. They did offer to send us another hammock mid July, but we never heard more, so Chase finalized the refund. Also their customer service takes an entire week to answer an email. No excuse for that. The stand is sturdy and easy to assembly. The color and fabric are nice. It's just made too low to the ground without a way to adjust it. We had it on the tightest setting on both ends. Super disappointed. It's just sitting in the box in our garage.

company replaced at no cost a tear that happened!

I did a lot of searching and was hoping i got a nice quality product. It looks great but first use one grommet tore. Also stitching is unraveling . Not aure what i rhink. Maybe the center rope was too short-skmething it came as wirh no instructilns to check ir??? The stand seems sturdy., ,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, ps update!! the company contacted me and is sending a new hammock. you can't beat that.. it is directly from the company, not overstock. so i'd say anything from sunny daze or serenity health and home decor has my big thumbs up!!! amazing service! thank you

GOTTA LOVE THIS HAMMOCK

We got this for an anniversary present for our son and daughter-in-law. My daughter takes pride in being "selective" about her happiness over the things she receives. (She says she would hate to buy herself a present lol.) SHE LOVED IT! It is beautiful and COMFORTABLE. It can easily be stored. It looks beautiful set up in their sun room. Can't wait for it to quite raining to use it outside when I visit.,

Best hammock ever!

This hammock is definitely by far the best hammock made, and I own a couple!! The steel pipe construction is top of the line. Now there are hammock's and then then there's this hammock! The fabric is fantastic, the size fits two adults easily, without worry the fabric or construction will give way. The double fabric is strong and heavy material. The hookup to the frame foolproof!! You and your honey will enjoy many years of snuggling on this hammock. Or enjoy it alone with plenty of room to stretch out with a favorite book! But I warn you, you'll be gently rocked to sleep in this luxurious hammock!!
