Very pleased with this purchase!

Despite the description of it being a pressure cooker, which I also asked Walmart to correct, it is an awesome ice cream maker. Researched reviews everywhere, and pricing, Walmart's price at the time was the best. The instructions could be more detailed, having read elsewhere to let the machine run empty while assembling ingredients, allowed the temperature to get to nearly -40°! Once ingredients either at room temp or below, are added, the temperature stayed around -16° and has consistently produced delightful soft-serve ice cream. Pop it in the freezer to harden, but it's perfect for me as is. Would absolutely recommend to a friend, and have!

My addiction is ice cream. Now my guilty pleasure is on the kitchen counter. Does not copy store bought. But now I know what's in my addiction. Works great, didn't take as long as I expected. Not near as noisy as I expected from other reviews. Pretty cool.(pun intended)

You don’t have to freeze your bowl for 5 hours ahead of time like with many other models. You just pour your mixture in and then the machine does the work for you. It’s less expensive than many other models with this feature. Makes the ice cream process easy. And the ice cream doesn’t come out icy as it does in other models.
