Sucks. Super splashy, water goes everywhere.

Had it 4 months now and we hate it. It is super splashy, because there's no aerator on it so the water comes with extreme force. The previous Grohe faucet we had did have an aerator, so we assumed this one would. Nope. So when you simply go to rinse out a cup the force of water comes out so full and with such force, which is very difficult to regulate, it shoots out of the cup and all over the counter. Every. Time. We called and tried to get an exchange but they said no, so we are stuck with it, like a thorn in our sides, and curse at it daily.

I love the look of this faucet. A sleek modern look in a transitional kitchen that gets serious use. It’s installed over a Krauss sink and given the height of the spout or maybe the direct downward force of the spray, we have to take care not to splash the counter when we turn it on.

Splashes everywhere and spray mechanism is faulty

I bought this during my home remodel 3 years ago. It's pretty, but it splashes EVERYWHERE. The mechanism that switches between stream and spray broke almost immediately and defaults to spray mode. Grohe has a great lifetime warranty and gave us a brand new one, which promptly broke after just 6 months. Steer clear of this item.

Beautiful, but buy additional cartridges as plumbers don’t always carry them.

Spray unit got stuck

Functional and simple kitchen faucet except after a few months of usage the spray unit got stuck in spray mode all the time. Very annoying and need a warranty replacement fir this spray unit.

Nice looking and good faucet until it breaks.

Nice looking faucet that seemingly does the job. The braided line in my faucet broke, and apparently there's no way to replace just that piece due to the way its designed. You have to replace the entire faucet (of course).

Stylish faucet in matte black that updated my already pretty good kitchen. Delivered on time and in good condition. I have purchased from faucet.com in the past and would again. Why settle for what the big box stores have if you can get creative?

Great Looking Faucet/Good Feel to It

Took us a bit to find the perfect faucet. We looked at other Grohe models but this had the look and the features we were looking for (some oddly higher end ones didn't have a button for a power wash spray). This one looks great and has a strong feel to it. Will update once we install it in a few months.

The perfect idea if you don’t want the usual gooseneck.

Stuck in spray mode all the time

I dont know what to do. This faucet was installed by a builder in my condo. I really liked it at first and it was a center piece in my kitchen. However I started noticing random switching to spray mode 1 year in. Its been 2 years now and I can't turn the faucet on without it loudly flipping to spray mode. Trying to switch it back grants 3-4 seconds of normal flow before it jumps back to spray. I tried contacting support multiple times, however their hours are regular work hours and after waiting for over 2 hours several times I had to drop out. Could someone please share a part number and a guide on replacement. I would greatly appreciate any help.

I Will Adjust to This Expensive Decision

Lovely, streamlined design. Water flow and temperature adjustment are perfect. The single attachment point assumes it is being attached to an industrial or cast iron sink, rather than a residential stainless steel sink. Without the thicker base for attachment, there is significant unintended movement of the entire unit when using the spray nozzle. This creates unanticipated wear and tear on the installation. Spray nozzle is stiff and does not retract easily; it needs guidance and encouragement for it to fit back into place. The water flow is not aerated. It is, by design, a no-option laminar flow, which splashes water all over the place unless used with a very deep sink. I will get used to it, but I'm not thrilled overall with my purchase. I wish that I had been able to see/experience a working version in the showroom. If so, I would have made a different decision for my kitchen. Again, the design is gorgeous, the flow/temperature handle is very smooth and allows for perfect water temperature control.

Everyone that comes over loves my new faucet. I was looking for a unique and modern faucet to go with my kitchen renovation in my new highrise condo. This one fit the bill. I do notice the water flow is a bit different. It seems slower...... but it really isn't My plumber told me what it was ...

Breaks constantly

Absolute worst kitchen faucet. Our builder placed it in the house. Sprayer comes on randomly after some time unless you reduce the water pressure to a trickle. At first you can push the button to switch it back, then it gets to the point it won’t switch to normal water flow. We moved into this new construction house end of 2019; I am now ordering the third replacement sprayer. So that’s 4 sprayers in less than 3 years. We will have to spend money to have this entire faucet replaced, which we’re halfway to with buying three sprayers. Would not recommend.

Grohe Kitchen faucet

Beautiful sleek and very functional.. bought this as a gift for my daughter’s home, replacing a two year old Price Pfister…. I’ve personally have owned a Grohe faucet for over 19 years, which has kept its good looks and functions as if it’s new!!!
