Surge Protector Product Working So Far!

Product appears to be well built and is functioning well now. It has 2 LEDs that light up green to indicate that everything is working so far. One LED is for GROUND and the other LED is for PROTECTED line. Only time will tell whether or not ii is really a great surge protector product as is all of Belken's products have been in the past.

Saved my new microwave

Decided to place several surge protectors on electronics and sensitive appliances. A surge from a power event landed on two circuits, tripping breakers. The Belkin arched and burned, but the new microwave wasn’t harmed.

Useless

It was horrible it doesn’t fit any 3 prong plug I have or any 2 prong plug. It was returned.

Surge Protectors

This device (F9H100-CW) is one of the only surge protector that had a UL product listing sticker. For some reason this device on some sites has a 1080J rating which the packaging clearly says it does not (885J). I would say for people who have severe lightning or brownout issues that this device may protect your device, but may get burnt up due to the event. I also advize those people to get an electrician put in a whole-house' surge protector (total cost is ~$300). Then these Belkin devices will further add protection to the individual appliances/units without worries.
