We are very pleased with our King Split Base which is the Classic Plus Frame...The mechanics work well and it seems what it says it is so far.. However, the mattresses are not what we expected. The information we received was not as accurate as the info for the frame. I have tried to speak with the salesman who after multiple phone calls made by myself, has not bothered to call me back, nor has the manager. Afterwards, a manager (Faith) at least listened to me and asked that I send pictures of the sunken mattresses and uneven areas (topandbottom)which turnes out as fristrating as the phone call scenarios..One can send one at a time and when I asked for an e-mail to send all pictures no respinse. Glad you sent this so I can at least comment, yet again..These mattresses are simply not healthy and not represented as what we were told..and I write down everything that is said to me..you have the recordings..and everyone said they would listen to them and you will see.. My partner is in a sweat and my arms and leg falls asleep- We have asked for a firm mattress(es) now and were told we would be under review..(Or we can pay another 500+ dollars.) We were so very excited to get this product and so very disappointed in the mattresses which seem defective at the least and unhealthy at worst...PLEASE let me have an e-mail address so I can send you more pictures and\or call me back..207.590.3035..We have not had a full nights sleep since purchasing and setting these up - seriously - up every night - into the living room..sleeping in a chair and on the couch..so ridiculous. Faith is very nice and at least listened - we need resolution before we have serious health issues. Thank You, Deborah Rosa

Classic + (Harmony) Adjustable Base

After straightening out some delivery snafu, we received our Adjustable Base. We opted for the professional delivery and Setup. Setup appeared to be easier than I expected. But as far as the Adjustable frame is concerned, we love everything about it. It seems to be pretty sturdy and has many adjustable positions and many features. We purchased the Split King and the only thing we did was relocate the underbed lighting so that both lights are on the exit/entrance side of each bed. Did not need a light in the middle between the two beds. So far, we are very happy with these beds.
