I bought this a month ago and we are so happy with it. It’s perfect for my kids 4 years old and 3 years old and fits perfectly on our backyard that is not that big. Also great customer service and installation services

Playset

This is a well-made, sturdy product. I would definitely recommend using a professional for putting it together and less you are very handy and very patient. Us about a day and a half two people working on it to put it together.

Took us two days to put together. There were 3 adult male and two females. After all was done the kids absolutely love it.

Well built! Kids are having a blast on this structure. Boxes and pieces are all well labeled making assembly easy. You do need to be familiar with a tape measure though as some holes need to be pre-drilled. Overall happy with our purchase!

Nice kit, excellent customer service

This is a well made kit, and "relatively" easy to assemble. Assembly is still a multiple day job, and two people are needed for parts of the assembly. The instructions leave something to be desired, and none of the wooden parts are marked, so double check all dimensions. There are several assembly errors requiring adjustment, the countersink on the swing a frame wasn't deep enough for the bold supplied, and maddeningly quite a few of the assembly drawings show a view from "underneath" the section you are working on.

Nice and big!

It’s a “big” play gym and we love it! Solid unit and easy to put together. Follow the instructions - each piece of wood is stamped with an item number so it was relatively easy to identify where the pieces go. It’s going to provide a lot of fun for my grandkids for many years.

Everything you need!

My daughter has grown with this set from ages three to seven and loves it. It is sturdy and she loves the different features.

Great compact set

This is a great set, we were looking for something a little more compact and this was our best bet. My son loves it, as there are enough activities, and the shaded top makes it usable all day. The slide seems a little flimsy but just compared to the commercial playground equipment in the local park, it flexes but has shown no signs of issues. Docked a star for assembly, everything is labelled but some were smeared leading to guesswork and plastic parts were warped which led to some poor finishing. I predrilled all holes and still had some splitting of wood, and will be seeing if I can buy replacements. I was thinking about buying the sets that you go buy your own wood. After putting this together forget it, this takes a good 4-8 hours to put together depending on if you can go straight at it and you have to have a second person for a couple of steps. I can’t imagine trying to lug wood, cut and drill everything... this is well worth the premium especially since all the wood is nice dry wood so don’t expect any warping.

this product falls short of expectations. I followed the cut list and still was short materials. the brackets are week and flimsy and i do not trust them. the set is very unstable if assembled as directions show. some of the decking supports have nothing holding them up.
