Only used twice

Would probably be a five star but no one gets that until I have thoroughly used product. So far on 2 cooks has performed well. They discourage using butter and olive oil and recommend high temperature oils like avocado. Okay for some things but omelets and such require butter.

Robust and Effective

The non-stick performance greatly surpassed that of my previous fry pan. The second handle is a tremendous addition for security when lifting this substantial pan. The service was prompt and it arrived quickly, without incident. I am looking to purchase other similar products from this store. Thanks.

Not as pictured

Not the dark black as presented. These are a charcoal gray and do not cook as well as my black Swiss Diamond. Not happy! I should have sent it back.

My Swiss diamond pans

I have had Swiss Diamond fry pans for more than 12 years (I still have my first one, that still sits dead level on the Camp stove). They are crazy expensive but truly worth every penny. I have just bought the 12.25 for when I’m cooking for a crowd and then turned around and bought the 11” again for everyday….they will likely get me to my grave.

Nice size for small jobs with SD quality

We use this pan less often that the larger models (10 and 12.5") but do use it regularly. Excellent quality and functionality and superior performance for small food items. We "stick" with wooden and plastic utensils and have found the diamond coating on these pans to be very durable and non-stick.

ONLY pan you will ever need!!

This is the third Swiss Diamond pan we've bought in the last several months and we LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them all!! They perform beautifully from frying eggs and making omelettes (this one, in particular) to sautéing veggies. And, it's true--you only need a VERY SMALL amount of oil, butter, etc. to cook with. The surface is truly nonstick and functions exactly as advertised. Also, the customer service at Swiss Diamond is wonderful: the representative was polite, professional, and very helpful. Swiss Diamond is a rare company that takes real pride in their product and delivers it to us at a more than fair price point for the excellent quality.

SWISS DIAMOND - 12.5" CLASSIC NONSTICK FRY PAN with Lid

The lids damage the frying pan finish. This concern was raised with Swiss Diamond customer service - the reply "Yes, the lid and any other sharp object that has come in contact with the edge of the pan has caused the wear."

Take care of it!!

Preheat, never go above medium, don't use metal utensils with it, use high temp cooking oil only (NOT OLIVE OIL), clean well after each use, don't store with another pan touching the inside cooking surface, and NEVER NEVER let cooking challenged people use it. In other words, treat it well and it will last many years. My first one lasted around 5 years with some abuse. This one I expect to last decades.

Diamond in the rough

This pan is flawless! Of course it's easy to clean - just napkin wipe it out in most cases, but more importantly, it cooks terrifically! Little or no oil and the even heat is exemplary! That is what it's all about, cooking well! This pan is perfect for its job, well worth the money. The company provides excellent service and support, and is a pleasure to deal with. Buy one!

The best you can buy

This line of cookware is the best out there, its better than Lecuset, which I also own, but always come back to these, the bottom wont discolor after coming off a hot stove top like my other brand does. Its non-stick, where it really is non-stick. stays level on my flat top stove, cooks even. Its a perfect pan, its pricey but once you have it ,its there for life, no need to keep finding the perfect pan, now I just need this in a baking sheet, then my kitchen cookware is complete and become a heirloom to pass to my daughters.

Great Frying Pan

I see that the 11 inch Swiss Diamond Fry Pan is no longer available! I am so glad I got mine when I did. This is a high quality product. The construction of the pan is excellent. It heats and cooks food evenly. Last, but not least, clean up is a snap! Nothing sticks to the pans surface. I am not sure why it is no longer available. I checked other sites online before purchasing this pan and the prices were almost identical. I purchased from QVC because of the 30 day money back guarantee and being a long time customer! This pan is pricey but it beats buying cheaper pans and end up having to replace them within a year.
