I like its all one piece how the toilet lid automaticly closes without a sound, the color and style is perfect getting use to the flashing on top of the tank lid has two settings.

Great toilet! Evacuates very well. Easy to install. Nice looking. East to clean. Very reasonably priced. I’ve purchased 4 so far for a new build. Will definitely use these again!

Horrible flush

My cheaper toilets flush better. Using either flush, the water doesn't cover the entire bowl so with every flush, there's a part of the bowl that doesn't get touched with water.

Not worth fo the price - Frustrated

I bought the unit in February 2024, and it was installed in March due to construction delays. Now, on August 9th, it isn't working. A plumber snaked both the cleanout and the unit, but it still won’t flush. He checked the sewer connection, which seems fine, and no other drains are clogged, so the issue must be with the toilet itself. I'm frustrated because I spent a lot on this unit and the plumber, but it’s still not working. I want to return it to Home Depot, but the return window has passed.

Terrible. During installation we figured out that the bottom part isn’t flat, manufacturing defect, and you can use the toilet as the rocking chair. Very disappointing.

Horrible after sale service

Toilet arrived defective. We can use it, but it won't refill the tank. They said it was a faulty part and would order me a new one. It is now 3 months later and still no part. They said all parts are made in China and it can take a months for them to arrive. I am now told it will be next month. That will be 4 months to get a small part. Toilet looks great, but not well made.

This toilet does not have a great flush.

The silver parts rusted up right away due to cleaning.....Not a great toilet either.

I love this toilet, it's a bit of a pain to screw it in but it looks amazing. Mostly, it's very easy to clean

The only drawback is a couple of minor quality issues (seam in seat visible, loose flush buttons on top). Overall, the toilet is great. Love the vortex flush system which does seem to keep the bowl cleaner. The smaller size was definitely a selling point to fit where we wanted it. Easily installed and is quieter than most.

This toilet is suitable for a mansion

This is the third Swiss Madison toilet we've had to order through Wayfair. The first (Monaco) had a crack underneath in the built-in p-trap. Hoping that was a fluke, we ordered another replacement, but it arrived with a completely new form factor - too close to the wall so it didn't fit. We couldn't believe it. The Ivy model was the logical replacement for space savings at the wall, but upon installation the tornado flush blasts out air and water, splashing outside the bowl (and the user). Fill valve adjustment instructions are non-existent and remarkably difficult to find online for the R&T valve brand. I'm stunned Swiss Madison gets the reviews it does for consistent quality control issues and a lack of support on their own website. Makes me wonder if we keep getting others' rejects that are repackaged.

Very Difficult Install

Mounting the toilet is extremely difficult because the bolt holes are hidden. They're hidden because of the skirting. Then if you're working in a tight space it's a nightmare to screw the nuts unto the bolts because of the tiny hole that you're suppose to fit your fingers through. I had to return mine.

Great value for money fully skirted excellent replacement toilet if you need biscuitalmond color

Great toilet! Nice shape/design. Flushes well. Not noisy. In use for 2-3 months and so far I'm thrilled with my purchase.
