Beautiful and well made.

This was a pleasant surprise, I had very low expectation due the very economical price. I LOVE it. I have a small bathroom, fits above the toilet perfectly.

This works really well. Because of wiring had to mount upside down with control button up but still functions well.

Arrived Damaged or poorly manufactured. The horizontal towel rods are level --- but the vertical bars are at angles and looks terrible. Trying to resolve now and hope it works out. The quality of the product seems good, but haven't plugged it in yet.

Great towel warmer

I spent a lot of time reviewing towel warmers and just decided to go with one from WarmlyYours. Their products are well tested and you have great people studying behind them. Towel rack heats up quickly and warms two full towels very well.

Just installed this week and it us so nice! There is a blue ring around the push button to let you know it is one. It is not visible as it is on the bottom of the right vertical leg. Definately recommend!

The dimensions are misleading. The depth is incorrectly stated. Specs say 2.5", but this is just for the actual unit without including the wall brackets. The addition of the wall brackets increases the depth, giving a total projection from the wall of 4". All other brands include the wall brackets in their depth specs, so buyers are not really comparing apples to apples when it comes to the depth measurements. The depth was extremely important to me, and I bought this particular towel rail because I thought it would project out less from the wall than other brands. I would have purchased a more reasonably priced product instead if I knew then what I know now.

It takes a while to get warm; turn it on or program it to begin heating well before your shower. Customer Service is outstanding!!

The piece is Brushed Brass Color.. In my opinion it's a disappointment. it's not Polished gold. If you're looking for polish gold, go to Some other product

Piece of junk

I thought a towel warmer was suppose to warm, but this is ‘not cold’ at best. Waste of money and support is terrible. Save your money, you are better off getting a hair dryer to blow on your clothes.
