I own a real cooling blanket and this item is not a true cooling blanked. Don’t waste your money. I’m sorry I did.

Sharper Image is always dependable and the description of the Cooling Touch Down Alternative Throw appears to carry on that tradition. The lightweight answer for warmer months needs, one side does seem to be cooler to the touch.

It is definitely cool to the touch! I think this will be great for fall evenings or cool spring mornings. It's a nice sized lap blanket. I don't love these yellowish white color, but that was all that was available. I haven't washed it yet to see how well it holds up.

The blanket is pretty thin. I am also not a fan of the ivory color, but my husband and I are hot sleepers. We would use this throw on the couch. We would use it all year long, but most people would only be able to use this during the summer.

This throw is amazing! It stays cool no matter what. It helped so much during the summer, putting our feet on top of it for a quick cool down in the night. The design is very nice. I hope it comes in more colors!

This throw is interesting, it is actually cooling to the touch! I wish I had this earlier in the summer because it would be perfect for those summer day naps! The thing I disliked is that it is SO white, it doesn’t go with my aesthetic and might get dirty easily. It is really lightweight so would be good for travel.

My honest opinion

Here’s my take on this blanket since most other reviews were promotions. This is a nice small blanket. However, it does NOT keep you cool so if that’s what you’re looking for move a long. It’s far too expensive for its size especially since it doesn’t cool you. It heats up with your body heat quickly. I would have returned it but was too quick to throw out label.

I couldn't get a photo fast enough! It's a decent one person size throw. Plain white quilted look. My kids have already played tug of war with it and it has survived! My husband snatched it up so quick and it was sooo cooling for him as he normally runs hot.

[Rewarded Review] Breathable, lightweight, and comfortable!

Overall this blanket is a great product the jersey material helps to specifically create a breathable atmosphere with the blanket with is so much nicer when you do want to reach for a blanket during the summer time and you just don’t want to grab such a heavy blanket! Great for on the go and it is a perfect size for anyone to use as a lap blanket at the very least!!
